Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just to let go,
If you've been feeling overwhelmed,
Stressed out,
Fed up with work,
Experiencing loneliness,
Self-doubt,
Self-hate,
Feeling frustrated with a relationship,
Experiencing insecurities,
Vulnerabilities,
Feeling like nobody cares,
Feeling unmotivated,
Uninspired,
Tired,
Restless,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Peaceful,
Loving,
Trusting,
Playful,
Harmonious,
Intuitive,
Celebratory,
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust and the unfolding of our day,
To come back to a place of awareness beyond that pain,
Beyond the anxieties,
The worries,
The self-doubt.
That being said my friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sad,
Bringing more consciousness to your body,
Your whole body,
From head to toe,
To drift,
Allowing the mind to do its thing,
As you breathe in,
Breathing into the belly,
Exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Letting go of the past,
As you breathe in,
Breathing in trust,
And exhale,
Letting go of fears,
Feeling fear leave the mind,
Leave the body,
As you breathe in love,
And exhale in love for others,
Breathing in compassion,
And exhale,
Letting go of anger,
Letting go of negativity and the inner criticism,
Dropping down from the head into the heart,
Feeling your heart receptive,
Open,
Alive,
As you breathe into the heart space,
And exhale,
Softening the chest,
Opening,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you,
Taking a deep breath in,
And if your mind has been wanting to think my friend,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to roam and to think,
And taking a deep breath in,
Holding the breath at the top,
Becoming aware of your presence,
And exhale,
Let go,
May this stay with you my friend,
So happy you are joining me today,
Sending you encouragement on your path,
Don't be discouraged by circumstances,
The circumstances don't define you,
How we respond to circumstances,
Now that's a different thing,
Having faith in yourself to make a good response today,
Being able to respond,
Response,
Ability,
It's not about having a bunch of duties or obligations,
But the capacity,
The ability to respond,
Not react,
But respond,
Taking a deep breath in,
The color for today is turquoise,
The number is one billion,
Is a platypus,
