Explore MeditationNaomi has been a practitioner and teacher of various mindfulness and mediation practices for over 20 years. She qualified as a complementary therapist in 2004, a reiki master in 2012, a yoga instructor in 2018 and has woven these traditions as well as her love of mindfulness and nature together into her current holistic practice. She completed a qualification in yoga nidra in November 2025 and will begin offering this practice soon.
