Find a comfortable place where you can relax fully and be undisturbed for the next little while.

As you settle in,

Take a moment to close your eyes,

Allowing the outside world to gently fade away.

This is your time,

A special time,

To connect with the peaceful part of yourself that holds the key to your transformation.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.

Simply notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you breathe in and out.

There is no need to change your breath,

Just let it flow naturally.

With each inhale,

Imagine breathing in calm and peace,

And with each exhale,

Feel yourself releasing any tension or stress,

Letting it all melt away.

Now let's deepen that relaxation by focusing on your body.

Start at the top of your head and imagine a warm,

Soothing wave of relaxation beginning to flow down from your scalp.

Feel it move down over your forehead,

Relaxing the muscles there,

Smoothing out any tension.

Allow this wave of relaxation to flow down over your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

And all the tiny muscles around your mouth.

Your face feels soft and completely at ease as this wave continues to move down,

It flows into your neck,

Your shoulder,

And your upper back.

Imagine any tension melting away,

As if it's being gently washed away by this soothing wave.

Your shoulders feel lighter,

Your neck completely relaxed,

The wave now moves down your arms from your shoulders through your upper arms,

Elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

And all the way to your fingertips.

Feel how heavy and warm your arms have become as they sink deeper into relaxation.

Next,

The wave of relaxation moves down through your chest and your abdomen,

Relaxing all the muscles in your torso.

Your breath becomes even more gentle and easy,

Flowing effortlessly in and out.

The wave continues down your back,

Releasing any remaining tension in your lower back,

Your hips,

And your pelvis.

Notice how comfortable you're becoming,

As if you're sinking deeper into the surface beneath you.

Now this warm,

Soothing wave flows down to your legs,

Relaxing your thighs,

Knees,

Ankles,

And all the way to the tips of your toes.

Your entire body is now deeply relaxed,

Warm,

And at ease.

To deepen this state of relaxation,

I'm going to count down from 10 to 1.

With each number,

You'll find yourself drifting deeper into relaxation,

Feeling more at peace with each count.

Feel yourself beginning to sink deeper,

As if the surface beneath you is gently cradling your body,

Your mind and body becoming more and more relaxed with each breath you take.

8.

Letting go of any remaining tension,

Allowing it to simply melt away.

7.

Again,

Drifting down deeper and deeper,

Sinking into a soft,

Comforting cloud.

6.

Notice every muscle,

Every nerve completely relaxed,

Alive,

Deeper still,

Feeling a profound sense of calm washing over you,

Or your mind quiet,

Your body heavy,

Sinking deeper and deeper,

Deeper and more relaxed than you've felt in a long,

Long time,

Almost there,

Just a little deeper now.

One deep,

Deep relaxation.

You are now in a calm,

Peaceful,

And safe space where you can simply be.

Now that you've reached this deep state of relaxation,

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a beautiful,

Winding staircase.

This staircase leads down to an even deeper level of relaxation.

In a moment,

We're going to walk down these stairs together,

And with each step,

You'll feel yourself sinking even deeper.

When you're ready,

Take the first step down.

With each step,

Allow yourself to go deeper and deeper.

10.

Deep relaxation,

Feeling safe and supported.

9.

Sinking into peace and calm.

7.

All the muscles in your body soft and relaxed.

6.

Your mind quiet,

Clear,

Peaceful.

5.

Halfway down now.

4.

3.

Your body feeling heavier.

4.

Your mind drifting further.

2.

Almost at the bottom now.

So close to total relaxation.

1.

Deep,

Deep relaxation.

You have reached the bottom of the staircase,

And you are now in a profoundly peaceful and calm state.

As you rest here,

Your body sinking deeper into calm.

You may begin to notice a quiet warmth growing inside your chest,

A soft glow like a small flame that's always been there,

Waiting patiently for you to remember it.

This light is love,

Not love that needs to be earned or proven,

Not love that waits for approval.

It's the love that has lived inside you since the moment you were born,

Pure,

Unshakable.

Somewhere along the way,

You learned to doubt it.

You learned to trade self-love for self-criticism,

Believing that if you could just be better,

Do more,

Look different,

Or please everyone around you,

Then maybe you'd finally be enough.

But right now,

In this stillness,

Your subconscious is remembering the truth.

You are always enough.

You are always worthy.

You are always lovable,

Exactly as you are.

Each breath you take is an act of returning home to yourself.

Each breath tells your nervous system,

I am safe to love myself.

Let that message move through your entire body now.

Feel it soothing the tension in your chest.

Feel it softening the places inside that have held old guilt or shame.

You don't have to keep punishing yourself for the past.

You don't have to keep proving your worth.

Love is not a reward.

It is your origin.

And as you rest here,

Imagine your younger self standing before you,

A version of you from any age that still aches to be seen.

Notice how this child looks at you,

Maybe with hesitation or hope.

And gently from your heart,

Say to them,

You are safe now.

You are loved.

You never had to earn it.

Watch as your younger self softens,

As their shoulders lower,

As their eyes fill with relief.

They've been waiting to hear those words from you.

And now they can finally rest.

You are re-parenting yourself in the most beautiful way,

With compassion instead of criticism,

With patience instead of pressure.

And your subconscious begins to absorb this new way of being as your natural default.

From now on,

When you notice the voice of self-judgment arrives,

You'll also hear a softer voice underneath it,

The one that says,

It's okay,

I'm learning.

I'm human.

That voice will get stronger each day.

And until kindness feels like your first instinct,

You start catching the small moments when you use to dismiss yourself,

When you brush past compliments,

When you downplay your achievements,

When you withhold rest or pleasure,

And something inside you shifts.

You paused.

You breathed.

And you choose love instead.

You begin to realize that self-love isn't selfish at all.

It's what allows you to show up fully for your life.

It's what makes your presence healing to others.

Because the way you treat yourself teaches the world how to treat you.

And now you are teaching the world that you are worth tenderness.

You are worth care.

You are worth joy.

Let yourself feel that now.

Not as an idea,

But as a sensation.

Imagine your whole body glowing with that warm light from earlier.

Every cell filled with the vibration of I am enough.

Your skin,

Your breath,

Your heartbeat,

All pulsing with quiet worthiness.

You don't have to become anyone else.

You don't have to fix yourself.

You are simply remembering the truth that was never lost.

You can whisper it now gently,

As if speaking to your own heart.

My God,

I love myself.

My worth is not conditional.

I am enough exactly as I am.

Let those words sink deeper with every breath.

Let them replace the old narratives that never belonged to you.

You are rewriting the inner story that once said love had to be earned.

You are showing your subconscious that love is your natural state.

And from this state,

Your life begins to change.

Effortlessly,

Gracefully,

Beautifully.

You start noticing new patterns.

You speak to yourself more kindly.

You care for your body because it feels good,

Not because you have to.

You surround yourself with people who nourish you.

You make choices that honor your energy.

And the more you do,

The more your self-love expands.

It becomes magnetic.

It draws experiences and people that reflect your new vibration.

You realize that as you love yourself more,

You give others permission to do the same.

You become a living reminder of what wholeness looks like.

Tonight,

As you drift even deeper into rest,

Your subconscious locks in these truths.

You are lovable now and always.

You are enough now and always.

You are safe now and always.

And the more you love yourself,

The more peaceful your world becomes.

So let go completely now.

Let this love fill the space between your thoughts.

Soften every muscle and cradle you into sleep.

You are loved.

You are love itself.

You are home.

You've done enough for today.

You've softened the hard edges.

And your heart is beginning to remember what love feels like.

When it's safe,

Simple,

Unconditional.

Now there's nothing left to figure out.

Now there's nothing left to earn.

Nothing left to fix.

You are free to rest in the truth of your own enough-ness.

Feel your breath slowing.

Your body melting deeper into the bed.

Your heart glowing softly in your chest.

Every exhale releases another layer of self-judgment.

Every inhale fills you with compassion and warmth.

You are surrounded now by the same love you've been seeking.

It's here all around you and within you.

Let it rock you gently like a calm tide,

Carrying you deeper into the stillness of rest.

As you drift,

Your subconscious continues this healing,

Rewiring your inner dialogue,

Teaching your nervous system that peace is your new normal.

Your heart whispers now,

I am safe to love myself.

My worth is not conditional.

I am enough exactly as I am.

And with those words echoing through every cell,

You begin to float into deep,

Peaceful sleep.

A sleep where love restores every part of you.

And self-acceptance becomes your default frequency.

Sleep deeply,

Love.

You are safe.

You are whole.

You are home.

My worth is not conditional.

I am enough exactly as I am.

And the more you love yourself,

The more peaceful your world becomes.
