Earth Grounding

‘Earth Grounding’ features the healing tones of thethree modern Himalayan singing bowls shown in the artwork by composer, ‘Spiritual Musicker’, and sound therapist, Dr. Nicholas Peters. The bowl on the left and the bowl in the rear centre both produce a fundamental tone in the second octave, whilst the bowl on the right produces a fundamental tone in the low third octave. This track is ideal for grounding and earthing and inducing relaxation.
