‘Singing Bowls For Holding Space’ features the healing tones of the three modern Himalayan singing bowls (as seen in the artwork) by composer, ‘Spiritual Musicker’, and sound therapist, Dr. Nicholas Peters. The bowls in the left and centre of the artwork produce fundamental pitches in the second octave and the bowl shown in the right of the the artwork produces a fundamental pitch in the third octave. Together, these three bowls produce a beautifully relaxing soundscape, ideal for yoga, spa, meditation, massage, rest, relaxation, and sleep.
