Short energy clearing ritual. I return to my center, I release the spell. This is the ritual when you want, When you are exhausted energetically around certain people. When you realize you have given away your energy. When there is toxicity in relationship to another person. When you feel less than other person and you want to retrieve your energy, Keep your boundaries, Energetical boundaries and sort of return to your sovereignty. So let's start. You will need, If you want optional is candle, A glass of water or small crystal. You need quiet space for five minutes. So if you are ready, Sit or stand with your feet on the floor or you can lie down. And if you relax your body, If you are ready, Take a three slow full breath into your belly. Really really deep one. So take another three slow full breath into your belly and on each exhale, And that's very important, On each exhale say softly for yourself, I return to myself, I return to my body, I return to truth. So let's do it together. Take a deep breath through your nose, To your belly and with exhale, I return to myself, I return to my body, I return to truth. Take another deep breath through your nose, To your heart and with exhale, Say for yourself, I return to myself, I return to my body, I return to the truth. Another deep breath through your nose, To your heart and with exhale, I return to myself, I return to my body, I return to my truth. Place one hand on your heart and one on your womb or solar plexus. Say clearly out loud if you can. I release the field of invisibility. I release the need to protect what is false. I release the spell of being not enough, The quiet one, The small one, The one who disappears. Her or his image is not my burden. Their silence is not my home. I stand in truth now. I stand in me. As you say these words, Imagine cords unhooking from your spine, From your womb, From your throat, Floating up into light. Take a glass of water and drink it slowly with this affirmation. This water carries away every projection, Every lie, Every energy that is not mine. Or you can run your hands under warm water and say, I wash away the roles I was forced to play. I am free now. Place your hands over your heart again and say, I take my space. I take my light. I take my truth back. I do not have to carry what is not mine. I am safe to be seen. I am safe to be sovereign. I am safe in me. Let a soft breath move through you. Let your body know the spell is broken. Whisper for yourself, I do not need them, Her or him to understand me. I understand me and that is enough. I honor the woman I was, The one who made alienses to survive. I honor the love that moved through me even when it costs me. But I no longer need to give my power to stay safe. I call my energy back from and name that person now. I release him or her from the role I assigned her. I stand in my own protection. I stand in my own clarity. I am the man, I am the woman, I need it. I am the love I looked for. I forgive myself. I free myself. It is done. So what is means going forward? You may notice a softening in your body when you think of that person who you used to give your energy away. You might no longer feel that tight feeling or energetic charge when that person is present, When you think of that person, When you talk about that person. You may even see that person without illusion, No longer a symbol of power or danger, But simply human. And the most important part, You don't need that person anymore. Let me repeat that again and let it land. Let it land. You really don't need that person anymore. Because you become and became the protector, Your own protector. You became your own bridge. You became your own clarity. You became your own center. You became your own love. You became your own source of all that you ever needed. So with that, You are coming back to yourself, To your divinity. You are returning your light to yourself for your creations. And that changes everything.
