Detachment is the most important thing you need to learn. Why? Because it helps you to consciously create your reality and release all you don't like and you don't want in your life. It's like when you are attached to just something you don't want and you believe in negative things and negative reality then you bring it because you focus on it and the moment you detach from it you stop bringing it into your reality and you start consciously create what you want rather than you don't want to. The third video will be about releasing wanting energy by the way because it's difference between choosing and wanting. When I say wanting it means also it means rather choosing than wanting. Wanting is I want but I don't believe I can have it. That's what I mean. So let's go back into the choosing what you want and detaching. The way how you detach is let's say you okay let's say you you want to manifest abundance and I will bring very very difficult affirmations very difficult for all of you to swallow especially if you're a spiritual one because there might be lots of spiritual blockages and also ancestral blockages. The affirmation is extremely unusual. I am money is affirmation meaning I am worth and value itself. I create the money I create a value worth and abundance because I am abundance itself like money let's say represent the abundance so I am abundance itself therefore I am money and money flow and abundance flow because I am value worth and abundance itself. The other video will be another affirmations I choose for or you can I'll share it right now you can also equal affirmation for abundance would be I am fullest of life I am I am fullness of life I am fullness of life I am fullness of life it's equal manifestation to everything about wealth abundance richness being rich being millionaire billionaire being money it's the same but it's much more softer so I'll do meditation with this affirmation going back to detachment you go to the heart you are neutral you bring all your awareness into the one center of your heart without movement stillness is the and neutrality and no effort no effort neutrality stillness all awareness goes into the one center point of your heart you are neutral you breathe you relax into the present moment then you bring and stick the affirmations I am money into your heart okay and you breathe I am money no effort no nothing yeah that affirmations in in your heart and then all limiting beliefs around abundance about you deserving abundance about money especially money because money for spiritual people might be very there might be strong resistance I had huge resistance like money is the evil for me money was darkness and evil I believe still there is still some residue still some issues around that which I am working around it so what the detachment works as such when limiting beliefs and unpleasant feelings pop up in your body because they will what do you do you stay still in your heart you stay neutral in your heart and you just imagine that you are behind the thin wall in your heart you are behind a thin wall one with your true self because the moment when you go to your heart you are sort of connecting also with your true self and also that would be another video how to go deeper and connect fully without fears anyway it's so much I want to share with you so you are relaxing into the present moment your awareness is in your heart you are still and then the negative thoughts and feelings pop up what you do just remember I am standing behind a thin wall and I all I observe say for yourself I'm standing behind a thin wall and I observe I observe the key element for the detachment is observing because the moment you start observing negative thoughts and emotions you are detaching the moment you're observing you are detaching it's the same observing and detaching is the same healing and detachment is the same healing detachment and observing is the same the moment you start observing and allow yourself to feel it what is there but you are behind the thin wall it doesn't you are not involved with it as such you are behind a thin wall and you observe and of course when something is strong you feel it like it flushes through your body but you love it you don't fight it you are still in your heart you don't move from there and try to control it you don't try control negative thoughts or negative emotions you let it be it exists it has right to exist but you're not attaching yourself your awareness into it your awareness is attached to your true self to being in the center in your heart still is the same as being attached to your true self it's being connected to your true self it's the same maybe you don't feel anything you don't feel that feelings you want to feel like bliss and happiness it is there if you go deeper into the connection with your true self and I promise you I will do that as well the special another meditation because I also evolve and I go deeper and deeper and I see okay we can go deeper and it's really about learning not to use your mind as well when you're in your heart you don't go up and down up and down into thinking and then you are using sensing through your body rather than being in your mind and thinking about it and it's also scary so when you say for yourself you stick the affirmation into your heart you're still you're neutral no effort I am money I am money I am money I am money then suddenly after a while when you really relax suddenly you know mind starts to bring limiting beliefs which you have in your system and the moment you start to observe and feel them they resolve itself you are detaching from them the moment you observe them you are detaching from them and maybe you do 20% of detachment at that moment it's enough it's good next day you do another 20% but the moment you start observing you are the winner you see the results already even less one person less of your limiting strong limiting beliefs will make a huge difference in your life because what matters is is staying untouched and still in your heart and choosing I am choosing I am money I am money flow I am abundance flow I am abundance I am worth I am value itself I am fullness of life I really I'm looking forward for you to be together and co-create new money meditations and abundance meditation I am fullness of life it's it's coming to me in the recent days and I so love it I I'm I'm I'm start to understand that really the abundance and money is about fullness of life because with the money you want to buy something so you can live the full life fullness of life so I am fullness of life already and with the fullness of life with the affirmation fullness of life you actually go to the end result other than with the money you are at the beginning like you are you want money so you want to buy and experience something okay but with the fullness of life you are already at the end result so that's why we will do together the fullness of life okay let's go to the money so the money will corrupt my character suddenly comes and you allow yourself to observe that thought you are not scared of it you just know everything which is fear-based it's not truth with that's the key element which helped me to detach because the problem with detachment is that you believe in fear-based limiting beliefs you think it's truth that's why you're attached to it and you're scared to detach from it because then you think something worse comes you don't believe that more satisfaction and joy and love comes but the moment you are connected with your true self in the heart in the stillness and you repeat like positive affirmations that means intention is always uh encourage your whole human self that it will be more satisfaction and fulfillment that the fear is luck and suffering but when you cross across behind the fear is always more of you more of i am more of life i am is fullness of life so there is always only fullness of life you just need to cross over the fear go through the fire of the fear and beyond beyond the fire of the fear is fullness of life always there is always fullness of life there is always more of i am more of life more of expansion more of joy and satisfaction so there what is required to cross over the fear of uh fire of fear is you to be brave and courageous so you keep yourself affirmation at the moment we do i am money and all limitations around money will pop up and you observe it and you allow yourself to feel it till it becomes neutral when it comes neutral you know that it has no effect over you even that thought will appear if there is no emotional charge to it you're not attached to it it will not mess with you anymore it will not bring any limitations into your life anymore because it's only that emotional charge that is causing manifestation so i hope i described detachment differently and good enough so you can practice it and you can have a good results with it i will talk about it over and over again because
