Gently let go all the things happen from morning.
Observe the space.
Make yourself comfortable.
Sit straight back,
Head aligned in a straight line.
Take some deep breaths into your stomach.
Gently let go all that we are resisting.
Breathe in all the fresh divine energy.
Let go all that we are blocking which is not serving the purpose.
Couple of minutes to the conscious breathing.
As you inhale,
Observe the air.
Take into the deep into your stomach.
Raise your tummy.
Gently let it go.
Drop your stomach.
Let go all that we are holding.
Gently close your eyes.
Bring your full consciousness to the breathing by paying attention to your nostrils,
In and around the nostrils as your focal point.
As you start observing the breath,
Mind starts to wander.
Gently bring your mind back to the breathing as an observer.
Visualize you're seeing yourself from outside.
Observe the breath.
Gently breathe in and breathe out.
Any thoughts,
Any discomfort,
Any emotions might rise during the quietening mind.
Just be an observer.
Don't get attached to it.
As you observe,
It will be like a passing cloud.
Just be present right this moment.
As you observe,

Observe the silence in between the breaths.
As you observe,

Bring your attention back to the breathing.
Be gentle with yourself.
Don't be harsh.

Visualize a white light protection from the top of your head.
Penetrating through your body to the Mother Earth.
Expand it to wrap around as a bubble.
Call upon anyone whom you believe in,
Spirit guides,
Divine,
Creator,
Parents,
To protect you from any negativity dotted at you.
Let the white light take it away to the Mother Earth and ground all those things which are not serving us.
Feel safe and secure within the bubble.
Feel the protection around you.
From the space of security,
Visualize some happy thoughts in your mind.
It could have been recently happened or in the past.
It could be totally imaginary as well.
Raise your energy with the happy thoughts.
Let's share this peaceful,
Happy,
Secured energy to immediate family members,
Extended family members,
Everyone at our workplace,
To everyone who is going through hardship right now.
Let's send this unconditional love,
Peace,
Happiness.
Bring all your energies back to you by breathing,
