Hello, my name is Sophia and I am a woman who, shortly after the joyous birth of my second child, received the challenging diagnosis of stage four inflammatory breast cancer. Throughout this profound journey, I have found solace and strength in the practice of meditation. Today, I’d like to share a meditation that I've prepared for those of us undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, PET scans, MRIs, and/or any other procedures that can often fill us with profound fear as well as hope.
