My name is Sophia and I am a woman who,
After the joyous birth of my second child,
Received the challenging diagnosis of stage 4 inflammatory breast cancer.
Throughout this profound journey,
I have found solace and strength in the practice of meditation.

Envision the affected areas bathed in a warm golden light,
Symbolizing complete healing.
See your body responding positively,
