Go ahead and close your eyes.
Start by grounding yourself.
Feel your body supported by the surface beneath you.
Inhale deeply,
And as you exhale,
Release any tension or distractions.
Focus on your breath,
Allowing it to become your anchor in the present moment.
Breathe in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
With each breath,
Imagine a sense of clarity and integration filling you.
The true power of shadow work is in how it transforms your daily life.
It's about taking the insights,
Healing,
And self-awareness you've gained and using them as a compass for your actions and decisions.
Imagine yourself standing at the edge of the familiar dark forest,
But today,
There is a radiant light radiating from within you.
This light represents the integration of your shadow work into your daily life.
Go ahead and step into the forest,
Allowing the radiant light to lead the way.
As you walk through the woods,
This light illuminates the surroundings with a clear,
Guiding glow.
You come to the same clearing where you met your shadow in previous sessions.
However,
Today,
The clearing is transformed.
It's a reflection of the insights and healing you've experienced.
Take a moment to visualize your shadow self standing beside you,
Not as a separate entity,
But as a part of you.
It's now integrated,
And together,
You form a united and whole self.
As you stand in this transformed clearing,
