Start by grounding yourself.
Feel your body supported by the surface beneath you.
Inhale deeply,
And as you exhale,
Release any tension or distractions.
Focus on your breath,

Breathe in through your nose,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
With each breath,
Imagine a sense of inner clarity and purpose filling you.
