Welcome to this guided meditation oceanic wave release.
Find a comfortable position lying down and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
Now imagine yourself lying on a soft warm beach.
Feel the sand beneath you supporting you.
The air is fresh with the scent of salt water and the rhythm of the ocean surrounds you.
With each breath notice the gentle waves reaching your feet.
Feel the cool water splashing over your toes,
Washing away any physical tension.
As the water recides imagine it taking with it what you no longer need.
With the next wave feel the water reaching your ankles,
Your calves,
Gently flowing over you.
Each wave restores and softens,
Leaving behind a sense of ease.
The waves move higher,
Up over your knees and thighs,
Loosening and relaxing your muscles.
Now the water rises to your belly,
Your chest.
Here notice any emotions that might be resting in this space.
Perhaps heaviness,
Tightness or unspoken feelings.
With every gentle wave imagine these emotions being soothed,
Lifted and washed away.
Feel your heart and belly softening,
Opening and becoming lighter with each breath.
The waves now move to your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Softening every muscle.
Finally feel the water washing gently over your neck,
Your face and the crown of your head.
Allow it to rinse away lingering tension,
Clearing your mind,
Leaving you refreshed and deeply connected to the ocean.
Take a moment to sense your whole body immersed in this oceanic embrace,
Cleansed,
Calm and deeply connected to nature.
Breathe in the salty ocean air and as you exhale,
Imagining releasing the last traces of tension.
Rest here for a few breaths.
Then slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment,
Carrying with you the peace of the ocean waves.
