Hello,

I'm glad you're here.

You have just been through something significant.

Your body knows it.

Your nervous system knows it.

And right now,

The most important thing is simply recognizing that you are here.

You made it through.

There is nothing you need to do.

Nothing you need to fix.

Nothing you need to figure out or prepare for.

The procedure is over.

This is the part where your body begins restoring itself.

Let yourself notice where you are.

Notice the surface beneath you.

Notice the temperature of the air.

Notice that you are supported.

You don't have to move.

You don't have to try.

Just being here is enough.

Your only focus right now is you.

Not later.

Not recovery timelines.

Not outcomes.

Just this moment.

Just this body.

Pause here.

Now gently begin to notice your breathing,

However it's happening.

Just observe it.

Let your body breathe the way it wants to breathe.

Notice your inhale.

Notice your exhale.

That's all.

Your body is already doing the work.

Breathing,

Circulating,

Repairing,

Communicating,

Healing.

Millions of processes are happening without effort from you.

Stay with that.

If it feels comfortable,

Allow your next breath to be just slightly slower.

Not deeper.

Not forced.

Just slower.

Let the exhale fall out naturally.

Good.

Bring your attention now to the place in your body that received care,

Wherever the procedure happened.

You don't need to analyze it.

Just acknowledge it.

That area has been through a lot,

And right now it doesn't need pressure or effort.

It needs calm.

It needs safety.

It needs your patience and love.

Imagine your attention resting there gently like a warm,

Steady presence.

With each breath,

Picture that area receiving what it needs.

Oxygen,

Blood flow,

Nutrients,

Repair,

Cells restoring,

Tissues knitting,

Systems recalibrating.

Healing is already happening.

Your only role is to just be here and allow.

Slow breath in,

Soft breath out.

Let your shoulders release a little.

Let your jaw loosen.

Let your forehead smooth.

The outside world can wait.

Your responsibilities can wait.

Your thoughts about the future can wait.

Right now,

Your only job is this.

Be here.

Breathe.

Let your body heal.

Take one more slow,

Easy breath.

You are safe to rest,

And in this moment,

You are exactly where you need to be.
