This meditation is for people who are healing from codependency and low self-esteem.
You can do this meditation while walking or sitting still,
Whatever is the most comfortable for you.
And if you like you can say these affirmations with me or you can just listen.

I am worthy of love and respect.
I deserve to be treated with kindness and compassion.
My feelings and experiences are valid even when they're different from everyone else's.
I am not responsible for how others feel.
I have a right to say no and set boundaries without having to explain why.
I am honoring my own voice no matter what it looks like.
I pay attention to my inner voice in my intuition even when it doesn't make logical sense.
I am allowed to have all of my feelings.
I give myself permission to make mistakes and love myself through them.
I am allowed to take up space and be on this earth because I am worthy of love,
Respect,
And kindness.
Now I want you to just take a breath in and if you like go back and listen to this meditation again and say these affirmations out loud so that you can hear yourself begin to embody these messages because you're worth it.
And this is what recovery is,
A practice of loving ourselves exactly where we are in this moment.
