Step into radical self-acceptance with this short meditation journey inspired by the song “This Is Me” by Keala Settle from The Greatest Showman. This gentle yet empowering meditation helps you meet the parts of yourself that have felt rejected, ashamed, or silenced — and offer them the compassion and courage they’ve always deserved. Through guided breathwork, parts-based inquiry (IFS), and a soft, energetic fragrance invitation of neroli, bergamot, and ylang ylang, you'll begin to embody the truth: You are remarkable. You’ve always been. And it’s safe to live like it now. Play: “This Is Me” – Keala Settle (The Greatest Showman) during or after this meditation to deepen the anchoring.

Greetings and welcome to today's meditation from the You Are Remarkable Dance Party series,

Bold Acceptance.

Welcome love.

This is your space to return to what has always been true.

You are not too much.

You are enough.

This is you.

Close your eyes.

Settle into your seat.

Feel your body begin to soften.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale slowly through your mouth.

Do it again.

Let yourself fully arrive in this moment.

Now invite the energetic essence of Niroli,

Which will soften any shame.

Let Bergamot lift any self-judgment.

And let Wailang Wailang awaken your joy,

Your expression,

Your worth.

You don't need to have these essential oils.

Simply imagine their fragrance entering your field.

Calming the parts of you that have worked so hard to protect your heart.

Now bring forward a part of you that has felt like it's not enough.

See them.

Feel them.

Maybe they are younger parts.

Maybe they are just tired parts.

Let them know that they're welcome.

Let them know that you appreciate them showing up.

And if it feels okay to do so,

Just ask them gently,

What have you been protecting me from?

What do you need me to know?

Give them space.

Allow them to speak.

Hold appreciation and gratitude in your heart for them.

If it feels okay,

Place a hand over your heart.

And allow these words to anchor you.

I am brave.

I am bruised.

I am who I am meant to be.

This is me.

Allow it to land.

Picture yourself stepping into a soft spotlight.

Not to perform,

But to be.

You are no longer hiding.

You are here.

And that is enough.

Breathe in deeply.

Now do it again.

And do it one more.

One more time.

Take in that deep breath.

And let your exhale carry an old story away.

You are remarkable.

Welcome back to yourself.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

And in order to really anchor this experience,

You're invited to play the song,

This Is Me from The Greatest Showman by Kalia Settle.

Thank you so much for showing up and for being here.

Bye bye for now.
