Greetings and welcome to the Reclaim Me Introduction Series for Men.
Returning to yourself.
Over the course of this series,
We have explored what it means to lose touch with yourself.
We've explored the roles that you carry.
The duties that you perform.
The voice within you.
And the needs that may have been waiting for your attention.
On today.
I want to leave you with a simple reminder.
You don't need to become someone else.
You don't need to reinvent yourself.
You don't need to earn your way back to yourself.
The journey of reclaiming yourself is not about creating a new man.
It's about reconnecting with the one who has been here all along.
The one that's been here beneath the pressure.
Beneath the expectations,
Beneath the responsibilities,
Beneath the disappointments,
Beneath the duties and obligations,
Beneath the survival strategies.
Beneath the censorship.
Beneath the constraints.
Beneath the silence.
And I invite you just to take a moment.
And if.
.
.
It feels comfortable.
Just place your hand over your heart.
And imagine just meeting yourself with respect.
Meeting yourself with this sense of self-honoring.
Not with judgment,
Not with criticism,
Not with regret,
Just respect and honoring.
And if you can.
Just imagine yourself saying,
I am ready to know myself again.
I am ready to listen to myself.
I am ready to honor what matters to me.
And just notice what happens.
Inside of you as you hear those words.
As you allow those words to land.
In the core of your being.
Perhaps there's a sense of relief.
Maybe there may be some uncertainty.
Maybe there's hope.
Springing alive,
Coming forward.
And whatever is present.
Know that it's welcome.
Let it know that it's welcome.
Returning to yourself is not a destination.
It's a relationship.
One that is built on awareness.
Self-awareness.
Is built on courage.
On honesty.
And.
.
.
Is built on self-respect.
But it occurs.
One step at a time.
One breath at a time.
One moment of listening.
At a time.
And before we close.
I'm inviting you just to reflect on this question.
What would change if I treated myself as someone worth listening to?
You listen to the voices of so many others.
What would change?
If you decide it.
To treat yourself.
As someone worth listening to.
And I invite you just to take that question with you.
Allowing it to continue to unfold.
For you.
Accepting its invitation for deeper exploration.
And discovery.
As you do that,
Remember.
You are not too late.
You are not too far gone.
You are not starting over.
You are simply finding your way back.
To yourself.
You are reclaiming yourself.
And I just want to thank you so much for being part of this journey.
For giving yourself this gift.
Of reclaiming me.
And if it feels okay to do so.
Just think.
Yourself.
Think your parts.
That you've begun the journey of reclaiming me.
Thank you and bye-bye for now.
