Find yourself somewhere comfortable to sit or lie and then gently place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly and then slowly close your eyes down drawing your focus inwards and away from the outside world.
It is time now for deep relaxation,
Rest and sleep.
Notice that as you breathe in your belly gently rises higher than your chest.
To breathe out simply draw your navel gently back towards your spine allowing the breath to spill out.
Each breath that leaves your body is letting go of the old.
It's letting go of all that you've done on this day.
It's letting go of all that you have to do tomorrow.
And it's letting go of all that you have done up until this moment in time.
Each out-breath is just that,
A letting go of the old so that you can sleep easily,
Peacefully and deeply.
Each breath in is taking you into a place of deep relaxation.
Notice that your whole body is beginning to feel sleepy and your mind is becoming dreamier and dreamier.
As those out-breaths carry away all the busyness of the day,
The busyness of the mind,
The busyness of the world and each in-breath is taking you deeper and deeper into the land of Nod,
That place of rest,
Rejuvenation,
Relaxation.
A place where your whole body is replenished and revitalized and breathing out.
Allowing the sound of my voice to carry you now into the ultimate relaxation.
And listening now to the deeply cleansing and clearing sound of Shhhhh.
There's nothing to do.
There's nowhere to be.
The mind is quiet.
The mind is empty.
The mind is sleeping.
The body is sleeping.
Shhhhh.
Knowing now that after this recording ends you are in the perfect mindset to sleep easily,
