The day is over,
And somewhere in it,
There was something good that passed without you turning toward it.
A warm cup.
A door held open.
A message that arrived when you needed it.
It came and it left.
And you were already somewhere else This evening,
Nothing needs to be corrected.
We are only going back to notice what was already kind.
Let your jaw come down from where it has been holding.
Let your shoulders drop the shape they kept all day.
Let your hands rest open,
Palms loose,
Nothing to grip.
Feel the breath move through your chest without asking it to change.
The good you missed is not gone.
It is still here.
Waiting to be counted.
So much past today.
While you were managing the next thing.
The small mercies.
Quiet help.
The moment someone was gentle.
And you did not have the room to feel it.
Ho'oponopono is a way of returning to those moments.
Four simple lines.
Said to the day itself.
And to the part of you that stopped looking.
Repeat quietly.
I'm sorry for moving too fast to see it.
Please forgive me.
For the good I let go unnoticed.
Thank you for the kindness that was there anyway.
I love you and I am learning to notice again.
Let the day keep what it gave you.
You do not have to hold it tighter than this.
The noticing was enough.
Let your breath grow slower now.
And let the room grow quiet around you.
Namaste.
This was Meditay.
Come back whenever you need to.
