Welcome to this guided meditation for connecting to your higher self.
The higher self is that gentle loving and spiritual part of us that's closest to source.
It knows our true purpose in life as well as our potential to grow.
By living in alignment with your higher self you will transform into who you are supposed to become.
If you are not already,
Please find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Make sure it's somewhere that you feel secured to ground and relax.
During this meditation I will be performing Reiki to assist in the process.
As Reiki is the universal life energy,
It transcends space and time and will find you if you accept.
If you're open to accepting the Reiki energy,
Say I accept.
Now let's create a calming space to ground in and prepare.
Then you will be able to sit in commune with your inner wisdom and deepen your connection to your higher self.
Close your eyes and go ahead and take two to three deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Focusing on your breath,
Letting everything else go.
Now focus on where your body meets the surface under you and breathe specifically into those areas.
Envision roots growing down from you,
Deeper,
Bigger,
Growing you deep into Mother Earth.
For the rest of the meditation take deep slow breaths all the way from your roots.
Next we'll be scanning the energy in your body from your feet all the way up to your crown.
Start with your feet,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Breathing into any tension or constrictions you might feel,
Your upper legs,
Your waist,
Your torso.
Every breath in,
Calming,
Healing energy.
Every breath out,
Releasing negativity up to your chest,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Down to your biceps,
Your elbows,
Forearms,
Your hands.
Now back up to your neck,
The third eye,
And your crown.
Finally,
Breathing all the way from the roots up to the crown,
Allowing the energy to flow freely through you from the earth beneath and from the heavens above.
Now while breathing deeply,
Let's focus your energy on your third eye.
As you focus on the third eye,
Set your intention to connect to your higher self.
Keeping your eyes closed,
What do you see with just your third eye and what do you feel?
This is the best space to listen to your intuition.
Now let's connect.
Envision beams of radiant warm light from source above,
Connecting directly to where you sit grounded.
Do you visualize a figure above you?
Maybe an orb of light?
Do you feel the outflow of unconditional love?
This is a safe space of clarity and guidance.
Take a moment to focus on the feelings and any characteristics about the figure that they may reveal to you.
Do you have any questions you weren't wanting to ask them?
Feel free.
Remember,
Use your third eye as the higher self communicates through intuition and emotions.
Be open to words,
Images,
Feelings,
Or just a deep sense of knowing.
Trust your instincts.
When living in alignment,
It is your higher self speaking from a place of truth for your greatest good.
As this meditation comes to a close,
Please remain here as long as you like,
Communing with the greatest part of yourself.
Please remember to show gratitude to your higher self and the universe for allowing this connection and return to this meditation and this space as often as you like.
When you're ready,
Start to wake up your body with small movements,
Your fingers and toes,
Your hands and feet,
Getting bigger movements,
Opening your eyes.
Go back into life more relaxed and with more insight than a few minutes ago.
