Find yourself in a comfortable seated position and take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth,
Bringing your focus and your intention into the present moment,
Allowing your breath and the sound of your breath to bring you to the here and now.
I invite you to take your hands and place them together in front of your chest,
In front of your heart space,
And begin rubbing them together,
Generating energy between them,
Just allowing this energy and this heat to grow within your hands.
Your hands are such powerful conduits of energy,
And today we are going to use this energy to assist in a visualization to open up your heart.
So continue rubbing your hands together,
Feeling the energy that's growing between them,
And breathing so effortlessly and so deeply while you're doing this.
Now stop moving your hands and pull them apart,
And you may want to start with them just being an inch apart,
And feel the energy pulsating between your hands,
Knowing that you generated this energy and that it's yours.
Keep breathing,
Pulling your hands just a little bit further apart,
Still feeling the energy flowing between them.
And as you feel this energy,
I want you to imagine an emerald green sphere growing in between your hands using the energy that you created.
See this emerald sphere just spinning inside of your hands,
Using the energy that you created to spin faster and faster,
And allowing this sphere to start out as maybe the size of a golf ball,
And imagine it growing and growing into the size of a softball,
Feeling this energy within your hands and imagining this emerald sphere spinning between your hands.
If you feel called to,
You can grow this sphere even larger than a softball,
Maybe the size of a cantaloupe or the size of a watermelon.
Just allow it to grow to whatever size you feel your energy can create,
And see this sphere growing in your hands and spinning effortlessly.
Breathe and envision this sphere spinning and growing in your hands,
Feeling the energy of it,
Allowing it to grow and spin and increase in its vibration within your hands.
Now I want you to take this sphere and push this ball of light and energy into your chest.
Feel the energy enter your heart space and allow it to fill you up.
Allow the feeling of love and gratitude and light to fill your entire body,
Carrying this love and light throughout you,
Allowing it to fill you up.
Breathing in to this space,
Breathing into the energy that you just created,
And breathing into the love and light that it brought into your heart space.
And know that you can take this love with you throughout your day,
And you can call upon and create this energy any time you wish.
Take a deep inhale and exhale with a sigh.
Slowly open your eyes,
Reacquaint yourself with the room,
And step into the rest of your day with love and light.
