Take a moment to find a comfortable seated position and take a deep inhale in through your nose and exhale slowly through the mouth.
Deep inhale in.
Slow exhale out.
Deep inhale in.
Slow exhale out.
Keeping that breath pattern in through the nose and slowly out through the mouth.
As you take these deeper,
Slower breaths,
Maybe bringing your hands over your heart or resting them in your lap.
As you breathe in,
Feel the heartbeat in your chest,
Feeling the love and the life that exists there.
Let yourself feel the truth that you don't have to search outside yourself for what is already within you.
Your heart,
Your intuition is not something that you need to prove.
It's something you practice hearing.
The more you listen,
The clearer it becomes.
So in the next few breaths,
We're just going to honor the heart.
Honor every whisper that rises up in your body.
The sensations,
The nudges,
The truth that has surfaced.
Awareness is the first medicine.
The beginning of acknowledging your heart.
The beginning of acknowledging your intuition.
Keeping that breath deep and slow.
Feeling your heart expand on the inhale.
As you move with this breath,
Asking yourself,
What do I already know?
And when you feel the answer,
Even subtly,
Let yourself respond with devotion.
Not all at once.
Not perfectly.
Just honestly.
May you trust your body.
May you trust your timing.
May you trust the quiet wisdom within.
Your heart is always guiding you.
Your intuition is not separate from you.
It is you.
Take one more deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Offer yourself gratitude for showing up,
For listening,
For being willing to remember who you are.
And for the courage it takes to show up every single day.
Remembering that any time you feel disconnected from this very feeling,
You can return to your breath.
Return to your heartbeat.
And find yourself in alignment again.
Thank you for joining me for this short practice back into your heart and intuition.
May your heart be full.
May your heart be open.
And as always,
Level up.
