Find yourself in a comfortable seated position,
Ears above your shoulders,
Shoulders above your hips,
And just take some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Take some deep breaths here.
Just allow your body to relax and settle into this meditation.
And know that our ancestors are our guides,
And they hold the keys into helping us activate our best selves.
So use this meditation to call in the ancestral energies to help you unlock your light,
Your truth,
Your authenticity,
And the divine wisdom that you were born with.
Deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now imagine a golden,
Beautiful light from source flowing through the top of your crown,
Down the back of your head,
Into your spine,
And allow that light and that energy to flow through your body from your head all the way down to your toes.
Feeling the purifying and loving energy that comes from this golden,
Luminous light.
Allow it to purify any areas that may be dark,
Shadowy,
Or no longer serving you.
Allow these areas to illuminate and be filled with love and light.
Allow this light to circle around your body,
Cleansing and purifying any old programming,
Any old stories,
Or any blocks regarding love,
Self-love,
Or living authentically.
Allow this light to cleanse and purify anything that is available to shift within you today.
Give that permission to the light,
Give that permission to yourself,
And allow anything to cleanse and purify that's no longer serving you.
Now I ask that you bring your attention to the left side of your back body,
Opening and allowing this softening.

Calling in your healed,
Empowered,
Loving female ancestors.
Allowing this beautiful and loving feminine energy to flow through this back body.
Feeling the vibration of the female ancestors who are fully expressed,

Breathe in to this energy.
Calling in the luminous ancestors that asked for you,

Calling on the luminous ones,
Feeling their support,
Asking both sides to stream through the frequencies of pure love.
