This midday yoga nidra invites you to step away from the noise and reconnect with your breath,
Your body,
And your spirit.
As you take this sure intentional pause,
Know that you are giving yourself the gift of renewal,
A chance to breathe deeply,
Soften tension,
And return to the afternoon feeling refreshed,
Balanced,
And at ease.
Wherever you are,
Settle into a comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes,
Allowing you to turn inward.
Take notice of your breath.
Take a deep breath in for the count of 3,
2,
1.
Pause for a moment.
Now open your mouth and release the breath for 3,

1.
Let's repeat this two more times.
Inhale for 3,

Pause.
Now slowly exhale for 3,

One more time.

With each breath,
