When you're afraid to begin again.

Beginning again can feel heavier than starting for the first time.

Because now you carry memory.

Now you carry the things that didn't work.

Now you carry the fear that it might all fall apart.

Start again.

I want you to know this hesitation doesn't make you weak.

It makes you human.

It means you have tried.

It means you have lived.

There's no rule that says you need to live.

Maybe you just take one step.

Then stop.

Then breathe.

Then one more.

It's okay to move slowly.

It's okay to feel scared.

The voice of doubt might still be loud.

But it's not the only voice.

Listen deeper.

There's quite a part of you that still wants to try.

Let that part speak now.

Even just a whisper.

Even if it only says maybe.

You don't need certainty to begin.

You just need a small moment of permission.

And here it is.

You are allowed to try again.

You are allowed to change direction.

You are allowed to begin from exactly where you are.

The past isn't a chain.

It's a trail.

And this is the next step.

I'll be right here as you take it.
