Feel yourself,
Gently settling,
No effort,
No becoming,
Only being.
Let the body rest and the breath become soft like a silent river.
Feel a movement from fragmentation into wholeness,
From scattered thoughts into a vast stillness,
From the breaking of parts to the silence of the whole.
Gently descend into the vast,
Silent depths of the heart ocean.
Feel this arising within you,
The gentle birth of compassion.
Now feel deeply,
No agitation remains,
Only forgiveness arises in its place,
No complaints survive,
Only quiet acceptance blooms.
Even the constant calculation of results has dissolved.
Now there is only pure,
Effortless action,
Flowing,
Unbound,
Natural.
The darkness of inadequacy disappears and within you shines a quiet light,
The light of giving,
Of openness,
Of offering.
You are no longer other,
You are no longer divided.
You have become the undivided,
Resting in yourself,
Complete within yourself.
In this emptiness of heart,
Not empty as lack,
But empty as fullness beyond form,
A vast ocean of sensitivity has been filled.
Compassion begins to breath within you and now feel this gently,
This compassion within you is not just yours alone,
It becomes hope for others,
A quiet support,
A silent promise of light in their darkness.
Kindness,
Sensitivity,
Forgiveness,
These are the flowers of compassion and they are blooming continuously within you.
No effort is needed,
They simply unfold.
Now understand deeply,
Service is not an outcome,
It is not a goal,
It is only a medium,
A way to keep compassion alive,
Flowing,
Unbroken.
To show compassion to others is only an appearance,
A gesture,
In truth,
It is a practice of remaining centered,
Rooted in your own source and in this awareness arises in me,
There is an inner world within you,
The world of stillness,
The world beyond noise,
The world of truth.
Now stay here for a moment in this quiet awareness where the compassion is not an act,
But your very nature.
Let this compassion remain alive within you,
Let it continue to reveal your truth,
Moment by moment.
