Practice For Manifestation: Receive Your Hearts Desires

This is a practice for manifestation infused with reiki & shamanic healing energy. Step into your power and allow your manifestations to appear in your experience by aligning with the truth of your heart and the frequency of your desires. Hello, This is Maggie Taylor. This is a meditation for manifesting our heart's desire. Within this practice today, Which is infused with healing and Reiki energy, We will rise our vibration to meet our heart's desire to allow those desires to flow into our life. So to begin, Please find a comfortable seated or reclined position. However you choose to be here is your preference and please follow what feels the most comfortable. But I would like you to take attention to your hands and have the hands resting down with the palms facing up. It is important for this particular session that your palms are facing upwards. This is the first step today in manifesting, Aligning and opening our hearts to receive. Notice the quality of your palm here and gently say aloud or mentally to yourself, I am open to receive. At this moment, I invite you to sink into your heart and begin with your power of intention and focus. Repeating mentally to yourself where my attention goes, My energy flows. Setting intention deeply, I am here to create and I am here to receive. I am the creator. Please allow this to be your dominant thought here. I am the creator. We are stepping into the power of the ability to create and to allow our heart's desire to flow into our experience. Where my attention goes, My energy flows. I am here to create. I am here to receive. I am open to receive. Now allowing the physical body to soften and connecting to the present moment with the breath. Breathing in, Allowing your belly and ribs and heart to expand and open and breathing out, Allow there to be a softening, But also an anchoring into the depth of your own self. On the exhale, Breathing in, Bringing in new prana, New energy, Inviting this energy to flow into your physical body. Breathing out, Allowing there to be a softening and an anchoring to the depth of yourself. Breathing in, We draw energy in and breathing out, We send energy out. Each breath here connecting you deeper and deeper. Let's keep the breath pace equal here. Inhaling, I draw energy in. Exhaling, I send energy out. On the next breath, Repeating to yourself gently in the mind, I am here. Breathing in, I am here. Breathing out, I am here. Each breath deeply connecting to yourself on another level and in that depth of connection, Allowing the body to soften, Allow the mind to soften, Allow the emotions to soften and scanning the body here, Allowing the body to continue to soften into this time and into this space, Allowing the muscles around your eyes to be soft. You can unhinge the jaw, Let the tongue come off the roof of the mouth. Breathing in, Drawing energy in, Breathing out, Sending energy out. Soft through your shoulders, Soft through your heart. Notice the energy from your shoulders traveling down through your hands, Feeling that openness in the palm of the hands. Muscles through your belly are soft. The hips are soft. You'll notice that the legs will be heavy here and that gravity seems to be drawing the legs deep and down towards the earth. The whole body continues to soften, Repeating to yourself here, Breathing in, I am here to create. Breathing out, I am here to receive. Start to bring your focus and your attention to your heart space, The Anahata chakra, The heart chakra. The Sanskrit word Anahata translates to the word unstuck. Considering that for a moment here, Your heart, The heart, The bridge between heaven and earth, Stuck, Your loving energy center, Flowing easily, Abundantly, Unstuck, Allowing yourself here to bring your own attention and focus to your heart space, Flowing, Moving, Breathing in as if you could bring the energy into your heart as you breathe in and sending energy out from the heart as you breathe out. Perhaps noticing here more of a balance, More of a release, Perhaps thoughts or intuitions or feelings might come to the surface of where the energy of love gets stuck. Do not judge, Just simply notice and then breathe in again and breathe out. Breathing deeply here, Breathing in and out as if you're breathing through the heart chakra. Perhaps you feel some expansion of the heart's opening deeper, Opening further and on the inhale, Breathing in, My heart is open to receive and on the exhale, My heart is willing to give, Inhale, My heart receives openly, Exhale, My heart gives openly. As you breathe in gently, I receive with love, Breathing out, I give with love, Breathing in, Receiving, Exhaling, Giving, Taking yourself deeper, Notice that the body might even feel softer or heavier. Each breath an equal balance, An equal flow, Giving and receiving and all creation begins here in the present moment with you. You are the creator, You are the creator, Repeating to yourself deeply here, I am the creator, Breathing in, Receiving, Breathing out, Giving, Sinking deeper and deeper, I am going deeper within towards my truth and invoking clarity here, Seeing clearly. See in your mind's eye, I see clearly, Asking yourself, What is my heart's true desire? The first thing that comes to mind whether it's a material, Tangible item or an event or relationship or money, Is it an experience, Is it a thing? Focus here, Allow it to come to the surface, What is your heart's desire? What is the truth of your heart? And as this thought, Feeling, Intuition comes to the surface, Stating it deeply for yourself, My heart's desire is to receive and filling in here whatever it is that your heart would like to receive. Be very clear here, Be settled with yourself, Be honest with yourself, What do you want? Seeing it here, Feeling it here, Visualizing it here and continue to open up your creative visual center, Your third eye, The mind's eye, Your Ajna, See here a visual of light connecting your heart and your third eye, Deeper now, Your heart's desire. What would it feel like if you were to receive this now? Would it be relief, Connection, Love, Freedom, Joy, Magic, Wonder, All of these? Clearly allow yourself to begin to sink into the feeling of what your heart's desire, What your manifestation would uncover for you. What is the feeling that you would receive from experiencing this manifestation? Bring that feeling to the surface, Allow it to come up, Say it, Feel it, See it. When we're creating and we're stepping into the power of our own creation, We create from a point of frequency. Our frequencies are aligned with our emotions, With our feelings, Allow this feeling. If you were to receive your manifestation, Allow this to come to the surface. Choose one of the most dominant feelings if you were to receive and see that feeling as a word written across your mind. See the feeling, Be the feeling, Feel the feeling, Breathing in, I receive, Breathing out, I give. Breathing in, Bring that feeling in as if you were receiving it and sending that same feeling out as if you were giving it away. Breathing in, Drawing it in and breathing out, Sending it out. You are now in the flow of the universe. You are the flow. You are the connection to your heart. Your heart's desire is divine inspiration. You are clearly intending and expecting this vision to manifest. You are in the flow. Repeating to myself here, I am in the flow. And bringing yourself back to the end results or what your heart's desire would look like. Looking at it deeper, Allow your mind's eye to bring this visual to the surface, See the colors around it, The sounds, See the type of clothing that you would wear, See how others would speak to you or respond to you or how you would speak to others. What would your family or your friends be saying to you? What does it feel like when you wake up in the morning with this active manifestation? Allow yourself here to take a moment and see as if your heart's desire is already happening. And allowing yourself to feel the gratitude that comes to the surface, The joy, The relief, The beauty. And bringing yourself here to the understanding that it is done. Your heart's desire has happened. You desire this because it is you. So we're aligning with ourselves when we manifest. We're aligning with our truth. You are allowing this desire to come through because it's the truth of who you are. It has happened. It is here. It is here right now. And allowing yourself to feel that gratitude of knowing that your heart is open and that you have received. You have asked and you have received. It is done. Gratitude fills your heart. I am so grateful to have received my heart's desire. Allow the vision, The visual, The calmness to come to the surface as if this desire is already alive in your experience. I am here to create and I am here to receive. I create, I receive. I allow myself to receive. My heart is open. I am open. I am so grateful for receiving my heart's desire. I am so grateful. I am so grateful. I am so grateful. Breathing in, I receive. And breathing out, I give. Allow your body, Your mind, And your spirit to stay in this space of receptivity for as long as you feel called for. Namaste.
