Bringing it through you.

We'll see the gold light open in this room,

Four corners of the room,

The energy of Archangel Michael and Archangel Gabriel.

See that gold light descend here from this space,

The highest realms,

Beyond time,

Beyond space.

Letting that energy move upwards,

Viewing from the divine perspective of all potential and all possibilities.

You're going to breathe deeply here.

I'm going to hold that gold light in.

So breathe in,

Gold light filling you up,

Slowly breathe out,

Let it move through your whole body,

Mind,

Emotions,

Spirit.

Feel the legs,

Knees,

Ankles,

Feet,

Feel into the base of your tailbone.

We're going to create here a thread of light from your root chakra that connects to the heart of the earth.

Feel the base of the tailbone,

See a little starlight lighting up there.

Just focus on that space until again,

Just using your imagination,

Which is also your third eye.

Using your imagination to see that starlight base of the tailbone until it becomes a beautiful magenta light.

And that magenta light sends a thread down now,

Down through the floor,

Down through the basement,

Down through all the levels and the layers of the earth.

Keep seeing this red thread go down.

Imagine pushing it down levels,

Layers of the earth,

See it lit up like lights until it goes deep,

Deep,

Deep into the earth and we reach the crystalline grid,

The heart of the earth and that magenta thread from your root chakra plugs in.

And the crystalline grid,

The heart of the earth lights up multiple colors,

Codes,

Lights beginning to activate.

And then all of that earth energy from her heart,

The love of Gaia moving up through that magenta thread and directly into your root chakra,

Anchoring you here,

The body gets heavier as we continue that energy from the heart of the earth,

Bringing up feelings of safety,

Of stability,

Of foundation.

So here,

Now,

The energy is meeting within you between infinite space from divine,

All the gold lights and the energy of earth.

So you,

That space between heaven and earth,

Letting that energy meet and merge and welcoming it to move through you.

See the gold light now encase your body,

All of the skin,

Especially those areas that you feel are troublesome,

Let it shine even brighter in those areas on your arms,

Even behind the ear and the other spaces.

Just see that gold light,

Almost like it's just encasing you here,

Like liquid light all the way around every part of your skin,

Even the parts that don't have any irritation.

See that gold light,

It's just shining even brighter in those spaces that,

Again,

Are causing irritation.

See the gold light through your hair,

Your eyelashes,

Your eyebrows,

The fingernails,

The toenails,

And dropping into your heart space,

Opening here a door of pink light,

Of self-compassion,

Of empathy,

Of self-love,

Opening that door,

Feeling the energy of the Mother Mary and all of her love and knowing and wisdom and kindness and awareness and compassion for you and your journey,

Feeling that energy of Mother Mary come to the surface out from the center of your heart and seeing and feeling and sensing her here,

Wrapping you up in her beautiful blue blankets of love,

Compassion.

So these blue blankets of love and light and Mother Mary's healing energy wrapping around that gold casing around your skin.

Feel the support on your right-hand side of your grandmother,

You know,

Watching and witnessing.

And in that support and acknowledgment that this is a doorway,

But you are doing the healing and let yourself feel that in that self-compassion,

That internal ownership between you and spirit that you are healing yourself with your own connection to divine,

To your own light,

That you are divine energy within.

See your channels of light now moving up and down your spine.

Opening the shishumita channel,

Let those channels of light move up through your neck,

Specifically up through the crown,

Out through the spine.

Almost like waves of light here going up and down your spine.

Here,

Seeing the energy in the back,

Which is the support space of each of your chakras,

Lighting up.

So at the back is the support space,

But the backside of the body is also about receiving.

So you're opening to receive another level and another layer here of energy,

Of healing.

So seeing and feeling a lot of light in the back of the crown and chakra,

Receiving the understanding of your own divinity and connection to all.

Receiving the energy in the back of the third eye,

Receiving spiritual sight,

Wisdom,

And understanding.

Energy in the back of the throat,

Back of your neck opens,

Receiving truth,

Receiving unhinged the jaws,

Ability to speak truth.

I'm open to receive truth moving through me.

As the third chakra opens here,

I consciously delete any negative programming,

The words that I say that are in self-harm or harm others.

I speak the truth of my body's wisdom and my body's own healing abilities.

Back of the heart chakra lights up,

Receiving loving support.

I'm open to receiving loving support and loving compassion,

Empathy in all parts of my day and all parts of my experience.

Feeling the back of the solar plexus,

Back of your stomach area.

Feeling a softness here in the opening of the back and receiving support in the sense of who you are.

So feeling strength in receiving compliments and receiving confidence and receiving power and receiving money.

Activating in the solar plexus that warrior woman energy and receiving support in who you are.

As a woman in this life experience,

Feeling the energy behind the back of the sacral,

Between the hips,

Your back.

Feeling the power here and opening to receive inspiration,

Creativity,

The flow of all emotions.

The mothering womb energy here as the energy opens to receiving.

Receiving the knowledge and remembrance of your role here in changing the womb line and changing the mother line.

Feel receiving here energy of spirit in the remembrance and acknowledgement of what you have done here.

And again,

An understanding in that mother's love,

Energy and compassion of divine through all human spectrum of emotions.

The back of the root chakra,

That magenta light.

And pulling the energy from the earth here,

Seeing a platform in the lowest part of the root chakra.

The foundation here.

The energy and the activation within all of your cells here.

I am safe.

I am safe.

This body is safe.

I have a strong foundation in my connection to the earth and my connection to my ancestors.

As the root chakra platform here activates,

I activate this healing of my central nervous system and bringing balance.

Seeing here your central nervous system light up all the nerves,

All the patterns,

All the energy completely lighting up here.

And see balance,

See light.

Let the waves here of gratitude.

Let your body,

Let your mind,

Let your spirit believe here.

And let the waves of gratitude in the central nervous system completely balancing in that trauma is released.

Feel your energy field opening and expanding in any of those belief systems or trauma that are ready to be released here.

Very simply released,

Just like clouds passing through,

Being handed over gently to divine for immediate transmutation.

That golden liquid energy around the skin,

Around your aura,

Getting thicker and brighter now,

Thicker and brighter.

I am so happy and grateful for the beautiful skin,

The beautiful casing that I have around this human body.

I love myself.

I love my body.

I love my energy.

I love my skin.

The way I touch myself,

The way I think of myself,

I think of myself through the divine lens of love,

Compassion,

Empathy.

I look back and love myself through all of my ages.

I forgive myself for things I have done or things that I have said that harmed myself or others.

I know that at the time I did the best I could with what I had.

And I am in this time of awakening and remembering my truth and remembering my light.

And in remembering my light,

I love myself more.

And in that self-love,

I invite healing.

I invite the knowing of my own healing abilities.

And in the invitation of my own healing abilities,

They can miraculously come through.

And in that miraculous coming through of healing,

Of light,

I see my skin here shining brightly.

I see my hair shining brightly.

I see my central nervous system shining brightly.

I see the words that come out of my mouth through day to day being completely embedded in love,

In healing,

In alignment with divine energy,

And in alignment with how much I love myself.

Remembering that each word that I say that is aligned with love is an expression of divine itself.

And right here,

I am connected between heaven and earth,

An expression of divine on earth.

So all the words that I say about myself and about others are cloaked in this golden light that brings healing to myself and to others.

I see this gold lighting up my skin,

Lighting up all of the areas that previously were painful or previously were irritating.

And I feel that coolness and this energy moving through,

And I am so grateful.

I feel so much gratitude rolling through me here.

As my heart opens,

And I know that as my heart opens,

And I feel that loving energy and that presence moving through me,

I know that I am allowing here my own divine light to shine through.

And even if it's just for a moment here,

As that divine light moves through,

Divine light is in the space of mysticism and miracles,

And those miracles can pour through me in that space.

For DNA shifts,

For physical shifts,

I invite all of those shifts,

And I activate those shifts within myself now.

That is how powerful I know that I am,

That I can activate this self-healing by connecting to the divine within myself,

As Jesus did,

As Buddha did,

As all of the healers who walked here on earth did.

I own that energy.

I live in that energy.

I love and I'm so proud of myself for coming so far and living in this light and living in this energy.

The light around my body,

Around that casing,

Keeps getting stronger and thicker.

The relief moves through me here.

And as that relief moves through me here,

I understand that this entire experience is between me and Spirit.

And all I need to do is continue to coming back to this and letting it move through me.

And it's not about what anyone else says or anyone else thinks,

Because this is all about me and my energy field,

And my energy field and my own connection to God,

To divine,

To Spirit,

To my guides,

To my loved ones,

To my animals on the other side.

All of that support,

They know it,

They understand it.

This is with me,

Between me and all of them.

That gold light around your skin gets brighter and brighter,

Thicker and thicker.

I keep this thread connected to the heart of the earth at all times.

As I move throughout my day,

I invite the feelings of safety,

Of foundation,

Of prosperity,

Of abundance,

Of feeling that strength and that connection between me and earth.

I invite those feelings to come through when I'm aware,

But also when I am not aware throughout the day.

I invite miracles throughout the day,

I invite sudden shifts of energy,

And I invite the doors opening of new opportunities and new expressions and new showing of who I really am to come to me throughout the day.

I invite all of these positive things to happen,

And I see that it's all a reflection of my interior and the exterior showing me my own divinity.

In that,

Everything that's happening in my experience outside of me is somehow,

Even if my mind hasn't caught up yet,

My soul understands and my soul knows that this is for my best,

Because this is just a part of divine showing me who I am,

Because I have activated this within myself.

So if it feels like it's something that isn't aligned,

I open up to the understanding of how this is aligned in divine light for me.

I am certain that all of my experience are aligned with divinity.

Seeing yourself here as a channel between divine and earth.

See that light,

Feel that energy.

Again,

The gratitude.

Feeling that energy of gratitude move through your skin.

Thank you to myself for being brave and for being honest with myself and for owning where I have been fearful and knowing that I continue to move through those fears.

I see here the archangels of physical healing,

Wrapping energy,

Sealing this healing,

Sealing this energy flow.

And that healing and that sealing gets stronger and stronger,

And the stronger your decision is that this is real,

And I'm certain that this is happening for me now.
