This is a meditation for self healing.

To begin find a comfortable position seated or reclined.

We're going to take the right hand to the belly and the left hand to our hearts.

Taking a couple of deep breaths here as you inhale,

Breathing fresh energy and prana in,

Expanding,

And exhaling gently releasing.

Two more breaths here,

Inhaling drawing that fresh energy in,

Expanding,

And exhale gently releasing.

One more filling up on that inhale,

And exhale letting the body soften.

Here we'll tap into your imagination,

Your visualization,

Where all manifesting,

All creation begins.

So in our visualization,

In our mind's eye,

We're going to see a brilliant,

Glowing,

Loving,

Sparkling light surrounding the crown of the head.

Bright,

Healing,

Loving light completely surrounding the head.

So seeing the light,

Connecting with the light,

Knowing that this light is only filled with healing and unconditional love.

Taking a moment here to truly see that light,

Imagine what that light would look like surrounding and here just for you.

And here we're going to intend,

Visualize,

See,

Ask,

Receive that light for healing.

So as your body's gently breathing itself,

Notice that as you invite the light in,

It'll come in gently through the crown of the head.

Maybe as you're breathing in,

You're inviting that brilliant light in,

And as you're breathing out,

The light's moving through the body.

So the light will move in,

Filling your forehead behind your eyes,

Filling behind the nose,

The jaw,

The teeth,

The ears,

Your entire head filled with this unconditional loving and healing light.

And here you'll begin to notice as the light moves further through your body,

The light will intuitively spend time in more areas where your body needs healing.

Notice what that feels like where the tension goes.

So as you're breathing here,

You're going to invite that light to move further down through your throat,

The inside,

The outside of the throat,

And down through your heart,

Through each shoulder,

Down through each arm,

Through each hand,

Through each fingertip,

And that light moves down through the ribs,

Filling your lungs with unconditional love and healing,

Seeing your lungs filled with this light,

And the light moves down through your belly,

Through your digestive system,

Seeing the internal organs all filled with this loving,

Glowing,

Healing light,

And that light begins to move down further between your hip points,

Down through the base of the spine.

You'll notice as the light reaches the base of your spine,

It's going to move up,

Back up and down the spine,

Filling each vertebrae all the way back up through the crown of the head.

So you'll see that the entire torso,

The arms,

The heart,

The head's completely filled with this unconditional loving and healing light.

You'll notice here that the light moves down,

Down through the legs,

Filling the quads,

Your knees,

Calves,

Each ankle,

Each foot,

Each toe,

Until your entire body is filled with this unconditional loving,

Healing light,

Allowing that light,

Inviting that light here to spend more time moving,

Healing the energy in the spaces in your body where you might need some additional attention and healing.

So let your mind,

Let your energy focus there,

And as you're seeing the light in this area,

See whatever area it is,

See it completely healed,

See that area healed.

What would it look like?

What would that feel like?

What would you look like?

What would you feel like?

Letting the mind rest there,

Spending time seeing,

Visualizing,

Hearing the types of words that you would use when this space in your body is completely healed.

And bringing your attention and focus back to the breath as you're inhaling the expansion,

The belly expands,

The ribs expand out.

And exhale,

Releasing,

And sending gratitude to yourself for taking the time to heal,

Gratitude to the light for always being there and always being filled with unconditional love.
