Healing With The Violet Flame

This is guided meditation using the Violet Flame for holistic healing of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. We will connect and bring the flame in, heal the chakras and the corresponding parts of ourselves. Please note, this healing is very powerful and has been blessed with reiki energy.

Transcript

This is a meditation for healing the physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

And spiritual using the violet flame.

Finding a comfortable seated or reclined position.

Taking the right hand to your belly and we'll take the left hand to your heart.

Allow your body to soften into the support beneath you.

Take the right hand to your belly and we'll take the left hand to the support beneath you.

Take a deep breath in here.

Allow your belly and your ribs to expand as you breathe in and take a deep breath out allowing your body to soften.

On the next breath in,

Feel your heart space.

Invite your heart to gently open and expand as you breathe in and as you're exhaling,

You're anchoring into the depth of your heart.

Breathing in,

Opening and expanding your heart and breathing out,

Anchoring to the depth of your area of love,

Love for self and love for others.

Breathing in,

Opening and expanding and breathing out,

Anchoring into that space of love.

Allowing your body to soften deeply here.

Your shoulders are soft,

Your hips,

You're soft through the jaw,

Your wrists and ankles,

Your hands are soft.

Keep connecting to the breath,

Opening and expanding through your heart as you breathe in and anchoring back to your heart as you breathe out and visualizing,

Seeing,

Feeling,

Sensing here about 12 inches over the crown of your head is the most beautiful,

Brilliant violet flame.

This violet purple flame is filled with mysticism and unconditional love.

It's filled with the brilliance of divinity and all of the positive qualities such as safety and stability and security.

It's filled with creativity and power and empathy and compassion and grace.

This brilliant flame is filled with truth and all possibilities.

It's filled with freedom and relief and connection and understanding.

So allowing your body,

Your mind,

Your emotions,

Your spirit and that anchor of your own heart to connect to that divine light here.

And as you feel yourself connecting to that brilliant purple flame,

You're going to notice here that that flame expands.

It starts growing and getting bigger and all of those beautiful positive qualities will start to expand and open up through this space that you're in.

So this light,

This flame will fill the floor,

The ceiling,

The walls,

The window,

The life energy force,

The air that's all around you until you can see,

Sense,

Feel that this light has filled this entire space.

And you'll notice that as this light is expanding and you're connecting deeply to it,

That it's going to expand up further and start to connect all the way up to divine.

So see it leaving the space that you're in and going upwards and upwards until that light is deeply connected with divinity.

And here we'll gently invite that light into our bodies,

Into our minds,

Into our emotions,

Into our spirits for integration and for healing.

So staying open here,

Keep breathing in and allowing your heart to expand and open further.

And as you're breathing out deeper and deeper into the depth and the anchor of your heart space,

Bringing that light in through the crown of the head,

Gently opening your crown chakra.

As you gently open the crown chakra,

This light will gently wash through illuminating,

Illuminating your mind,

Illuminating your physical aspects,

Illuminating your emotions and connecting you deeply to your own spirit.

We'll see the light gently move through at its own intelligence and its own pace until it opens up through your forehead,

The front,

The back,

Opening your Ajna,

The third eye.

Your viewing center,

Opening up your ability to see greater possibilities,

Opening up your vision,

Connecting you deeper to how you see the world,

How you see yourself,

Connecting you and opening you up here to seeing with a greater viewpoint and seeing with a spiritual perspective and that light will continue to wash through.

You'll see it illuminating your skin and all of the organs until it arrives in your throat space.

As the light arrives here,

Your throat softens.

You'll feel that the breath has been moving in and out through your throat.

Your throat is the area of clear communication and of truth.

So allowing your throat space to soften,

Allow that divine purple flame to move through your throat here,

Sensing and purifying,

Bringing truth,

Bringing purification to the words that you speak,

Being words of healing,

Being words of love.

And that light will continue to gently wash through until it anchors into your open heart,

Opening the front and the back of the heart deeply.

Of course,

The heart is the space of love,

Love for self,

Love for others and compassion,

Empathy,

Grace.

As the light washes through here,

You'll see the four chambers of your heart illuminate.

You'll see your lungs illuminate.

You'll see the ribs illuminate.

You'll see the heart continue to open and expand and open and expand,

Opening and expanding.

And as you're opening here and you're connecting to that divine light,

We'll anchor in deeper to a deeper space of your cosmic heart.

As the light gently moves through here,

Releasing any grief,

Releasing fear,

Allowing yourself to feel deeply connected to love and to loving yourself at another level.

And with that,

Seeing your body fully healthy,

Happy,

Healed.

As the light continues to move down deeper through your body here,

We'll see any areas that we might perceive needs healing.

Let's see those areas with this divine light burning brighter.

See that light bringing complete health,

Complete healing,

Instant healing.

As that light continues to expand through your heart here,

This space is your bridge.

It's your bridge between heaven and earth.

Allow this bridge to be open and the divine light will continue to wash through until it arrives in your stomach area,

The front and the back through your solar plexus,

Bringing an e-balance here,

A balance of self,

A balance of feeling confident,

Of feeling your own will.

And as you've gone deeper into the depth and the anchor of your heart,

As that light arrives in your solar plexus,

Opening up,

Unleashing your personal power,

Your personal power that you have in this lifetime to heal yourself,

To heal your body.

And as spiritual beings,

We're not only the body,

Our body is our minds and our body is our emotions and our body is our spirit.

So allow this light to move through and purify and cleanse anything that holds you back from feeling the power that you have to be your own healer.

The light will continue to shine here and that divine light will move down between your hip points through your sacral chakra.

As the light washes through the sacral here,

Although we're working with this beautiful flame,

I want you to see the flame moving through this area,

The area between your hips and your low back,

Almost like waves moving through,

Opening up your life energy force here,

Opening up your creativity,

Opening up your divine inspiration,

Healing any physical tightness in this space,

Allowing this light to bring opening and inspiration and creativity and allowing emotions to flow here.

See all the organs between your hips illuminated,

See the hip bones illuminated,

See your low back resting deeper and deeper,

Allowing there to be that opening and being open to receive all of this energy.

As the light continues to wash through,

It's going to arrive and it's going to arrive in your root chakra,

The base of the tailbone.

You're going to gently and physically feel that light moving down through your legs,

Through your knees,

Through your ankles,

To your feet until you see this violet flame connected from the base of your tailbone all the way down through your legs.

This violet light in the root chakra connects you to earth.

You have an important mission on this planet earth.

You are needed here and your health and wellness will happen.

This area in your root chakra is where we are connected to our ancestors.

It's where we're connected to our own DNA.

Allow that violet flame,

Invite that violet flame to wash through,

Changing any programming,

Bringing only positive energy to your support,

To your connection to the earth.

As the light's moving through and washing through and cleansing and purifying this area,

You're going to feel safe.

See yourself supported.

Feel how supported you are.

Feel the energy of your ancestors around you.

Noticing that the more you start to connect and the more you see this violet flame moving,

Cleansing through your root chakra,

That you're going to see that you have deep roots here.

From the center of the root,

You're going to see roots growing down through each leg,

Opening through the soles of your feet,

Connecting you deep,

Deep into the center of the earth.

And those roots are filled with that violet flame.

So you'll notice,

Feel,

Sense that the violet flame has filled your entire being here,

Your physical body,

The area around your body.

Feel here,

Sense,

Know that that flame is purifying your aura,

The area surrounding your body.

And as your body is purified,

As your aura is purified,

So is your mind.

And so are your emotions.

And the more that we purify,

The more it allows our aura and our spiritual presence to expand.

So breathing deeply here,

We'll breathe in and allow all of your energy centers to open up,

Feel this violet flame moving through.

And as you're breathing out,

Pressing it out,

Pushing it out,

Expanding it out,

Seeing how far can I send this healing.

Allow yourself to feel this personal connection that you have to this divine flame at all times.
