Hi love,

Let's talk about that sinking feeling that creeps in when you look around and wonder,

Why does it feel like everyone else is ahead and I'm just stuck?

You scroll and you see people thriving,

The relationships,

The careers,

The homes,

The babies,

The joy.

And even though you're happy for them,

There's this quiet ache in your chest that whispers,

You're behind.

But here's the truth,

You're not behind,

You're on a different timeline.

You've been sold this idea that life has to happen in a certain order,

By a certain age,

In a certain way.

And if it doesn't,

We've failed.

But what if your path is unfolding exactly as it's meant to?

What if your timing is sacred,

Not late?

We all rise,

Fall,

Pause,

Begin again.

You don't need to rush your way into worthiness,

You already have it.

So the next time the inner voice says,

You should be further by now,

I want you to pause and ask,

Says who?

You are not late to your own life,

You are right on time for your healing,

Right on time for your lessons,

Right on time for the vision of you that's growing beneath the surface.

You're not falling behind,

You're building something real,

And real things take time.

The kind of peace you're craving,

The safety you're rebuilding,

The courage it takes to stop performing and start listening to your own rhythm,

That's not delay,

That's devotion.

You're learning how to trust yourself again,

To soften without losing your strength,

To slow down without losing your power,

To believe that you don't need to be constantly improving to be inherently worthy.

This isn't a detour,

This is a path,

So give yourself permission to walk it in your own way,

Your own tempo,

Your own truth.

There's no trophy for arriving the fastest,

But there is a deep beauty in arriving whole.

And you,

My love,

Are arriving every single day,

Right on time.
