Transcript

Do not drive or operate machinery while listening.

Only listen when you're able to bring yourself to safe relaxation.

Welcome.

This is your time now.

A sacred hour set aside for your healing,

For your softening,

And for your return to peace.

And wherever you are,

Whether you're lying down or seated,

Gently upright,

Allow your body to settle as if it has been waiting for this moment.

Let your hands rest loosely.

Let your shoulders drop away from your ears and unclench your jaw.

Soften your brow,

And allow your eyes to close,

As though they are closing the curtains to the outside world and opening the door.

Nothing to chase,

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to become.

Only this breath,

This presence,

This quiet unfolding.

And as you begin,

Know this.

You are safe.

You are held.

And you now begin to notice your breath,

Not changing it yet,

Only observing.

Feel the rise of your chest,

The gentle movement of your belly,

The subtle rhythm that has carried you through every moment of your life.

And now,

Slowly invite your breath to deepen.

Inhale through the nose,

Slowly and steady,

As though you're absorbing calmness from the air itself.

Exhale,

Gently,

Letting the breath flow out of you,

Like a leaf drifting softly down from a tree.

Again.

And as you breathe in,

Imagine that you are breathing in love,

Pure love with a soft golden white glow,

Gentle as moonlight,

Yet powerful as the sun.

And as you exhale,

Release anything heavy,

Anything that no longer belongs inside of you.

Fear as a shadow dissolving into the air.

Once more,

Breathe in light,

And breathe out anything that no longer serves you.

And breathe in peace,

Breathe out resistance.

You don't need to fight the fear or argue with it.

You don't need to understand it completely.

In ourselves,

We find the safety we looked for in others,

The security needed to ground ourselves.

In ourselves,

We bring this light of pure love.

Feel the scalp soften,

Smooth,

The space between the eyebrows relax.

Let your eyes rest heavily,

Your cheeks soften,

And your tongue relax inside your mouth.

And your jaw often carrying what you've never said,

Holding the things you've never expressed.

Let it loosen now,

Open slightly,

Let it rest.

And as you breathe,

This wave of softness moves down through your neck,

Releasing tightness,

Untying anything.

Shoulders relaxing,

Drumming as if gravity itself is engulfing you.

Feel this softness move through your arms,

Down the upper arm and through the elbow.

Let your hands relax completely as though you are no longer gripping anything.

Bring awareness to your chest.

Imagine your breath as a gentle breeze moving through the heart space.

With every inhale,

Your heart becomes lighter,

More open.

With every exhale,

You release the old armor,

Old,

Old tension that was once needed to survive.

The belly softening,

Releasing,

And allowing healing into itself,

Into the lower back,

Hips,

And pelvis.

Let the muscles around your hips release as if you were giving your body permission to be supported,

Body now resting,

Supported,

And safe.

In your mind,

Imagine that you are standing at the edge of a sacred place.

Before you,

There is a pathway made of pale stone,

Smooth with age,

As though thousands have walked it before you.

And on either side of this path are tall trees.

Their leaves shimmering softly,

As if dusted with starlight.

You can hear the gentle sound of a babbling stream nearby,

Its water moving across stones.

A constant whisper of peace.

And in the distance,

You hear the wind through the trees,

Soft and slow.

Like the sound of the universe breathing the world and deeper into your inner sanctuary.

And as you walk,

You begin to notice something else.

The light here is different.

It's not harsh or sharp.

It's soft,

Golden,

Ethereal,

As if the sun and moon have agreed to share the sky.

The path opens into a wide clearing and you find yourself standing at the entrance of a garden.

This garden feels ancient,

Like it has existed beyond time,

Beyond fear and struggle.

The flowers glow faintly,

Petals like silk,

Colors too beautiful to name.

Soft blues,

Gentle purples,

Radiant whites,

And gold that seems to hum with life.

The air is scented with jasmine and something sweet like honey and rain.

You step into the garden and the moment you do,

You feel it.

A sense of being welcomed,

Being known,

A sense of safety.

And as you walk through the garden,

You notice that the ground beneath you is warm,

Comforting,

As if the earth itself is offering you its support.

Now,

Stop in the center of this glowing garden and sit.

Bring awareness to the soles of your feet.

The earth is calling you closer to it.

Now visualize the warm light inside of you traveling down towards your feet.

Soft at first,

Like threads of light,

Then stronger,

More vibrant,

Beginning to tether you to the earth beneath you.

This light moves down into the soil through rich,

Dark earth,

Deeper and deeper.

This light is your connection,

Stability,

And anchor to the earth.

It moves through layers of stone like roots into the earth,

Past underground streams and into the deep heart of the earth.

And there you feel a slow,

Steady pulse.

And release anything that makes you feel unsteady.

Any anxiety,

Dread,

Or tension.

Fluff your feet and out through these roots of light,

As if gravity is gently pulling it away where the earth receives it,

Neutralizes it,

And transforms it.

Without effort,

Without struggle,

The earth is strong enough to hold it.

Now,

As these roots remain connected,

Begin to your throat,

Softening the voice within.

It fills your chest,

Your lungs,

And draw in love as light.

Without fear,

Through your feet,

Like shadows dissolving at dawn.

Again,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Heaviness leaves you.

You don't have to carry it anymore.

And bring your attention gently to the center of your forehead,

The space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye.

Imagine there's a small point of light there,

Like a star behind a veil.

And as you inhale,

Draw the loving light of the universe around us.

Feeling the glow of positive energy condense and fill our being.

Breathe that love into this point.

Every breath,

It grows.

Inhale,

The light expands.

Exhale,

The fog of fear and discomfort dissolves.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Confusion.

Inhale,

Feel the charge of these negative emotions leaving your body.

Fear often speaks in images.

Fear paints the future in storms.

But now you begin to see beyond fear,

Beyond the mind's worst case scenarios.

You see possibility,

Softness,

And safety.

And you are not your fear.

You are the awareness that can release it.

Now,

In the distance,

Beyond the glowing garden,

You notice something rising in the mist.

An ancient structure,

A temple.

This temple feels familiar,

As though you've been here before.

You begin to walk towards it.

Each step is slow,

Peaceful,

And with intention.

You hear the stream nearby,

Its water singing softly.

You feel the breeze on your skin,

Like gentle hands smoothing away worry.

And as you approach the temple,

You notice two tall pillars at its entrance,

And between them,

A doorway glowing in worlds.

This temple is not outside of you.

This temple is your inner sanctuary.

A place where fear can be released without judgment.

A place where you can return to your natural state.

Now,

Step through the doorway,

And as you enter,

You feel air shift.

Cooler,

Still,

And sacred.

Inside of the temple is vast,

High ceilings,

And soft glowing walls.

And in the center,

A circular pool of water,

Perfectly still,

Reflecting the light above.

This water is pure healing.

A place where fear dissolves.

Come closer to the pool.

Look into its surface,

And as you gaze,

You bring your breath.

Not as something to fight,

But as something ready to be released.

Maybe it has been living in your chest.

Throat,

Or stomach.

And as you exhale,

Imagine the fear rises gently,

Like a mist,

And drifts out.

It floats over the pool,

And it slowly dissolves into the water,

Where it's transformed,

Cleansed,

And released.

You start to feel this sense of relief inside yourself.

Exhale fear out,

Every hidden corner inside of you.

Exhale,

And let the fear leave without needing to know where it goes.

Because it is not yours.

To hold anymore.

Maybe you release fear of the future.

Fear of being judged.

Receiving it.

Transmuting it.

Dissolving it,

And releasing the energy it has been holding.

This door leads into a forest.

Luminous and peaceful.

Where the trees glow faintly from within.

Ancient guardians,

Softly lit by the spirit of the earth.

You step through,

And you are met with the sounds of nature.

Crickets in the distance.

The gentle hush of leaves.

And that ever-present stream,

Babbling and singing.

As if laughing softly.

The forest path is covered in moss,

Soft beneath your feet.

The air feels alive,

As though it carries warm regards.

Find a place to sit in this forest.

Perhaps on a smooth stone.

Or against the base of a great tree.

Allow yourself to rest.

Your glowing roots of light still extending into earth.

Your third eye glows gently.

Your breath still carries light.

And now,

Simply be now.

In this safe,

Glowing forest,

I will speak gentle truths.

I am safe in this moment.

I release what I no longer need.

Breathe in love as bright light.

My spirit is free.

With each affirmation,

Feel it becoming your truth.

Without force,

You feel grounded in this certainty.

Feel the energetic resonance of the forest around you.

Feel the sounds of nature,

The stream,

And the hushed tones of the air surrounding you.

And wrap earth,

Continuing to receive anything heavy.

You may notice your body sinking deeper into relaxation.

As though you are being gently cradled by the entire universe.

And if thoughts arise,

Welcome them to by,

Like the soft clouds of a moonlit sky.

You do not have to follow them.

Return to your breath.

The light,

The earth,

And the stillness.

And returning to yourself.

Now,

Slowly,

But you will bring this peace with you.

Like a glowing ember in your chest.

Like a quiet strength in your core.

Begin to imagine the forest fading gently.

Not disappearing,

But becoming part of you.

As though it has always lived inside of your heart.

Feel your body where it rests.

The surface beneath you.

The weight of your limbs.

The sea of your heart.

The softness in your face.

And notice now,

How much lighter you feel.

Begin to wiggle your fingers.

Your toes.

Rolling your shoulders gently.

Maybe stretching your neck.

Feel ready.

Take one final deep inhale.

Releasing the last traces of heaviness.

Through the feet.

Into the earth.
