
Restorative Sleep Meditation

This meditation enables the unification of your Higher Self with the human personality. In other words, it helps you to connect to Universal Love and prevents any low-frequency interference. It also works on relaxing the 'hypothalamic fight or flight emotions' which are related to fear and rage: anxiety, depression, helplessness, being exposed, inferiority, bitterness, complaining, demanding, envy, resentment, intolerance, hatred, jealousy, gossiping, sarcasm, unforgiving. Our meditation works on you getting a good full restorative sleep - stage 3* of the sleep process. The three stages: 1. For the first few minutes of relaxing, you go into a light sleep which is when your brain slows to theta wave level. 2. A slightly deeper sleep then occurs lasting around 50% of the whole sleep time. 3.* A deep sleep follows stage 2 which is when your brain slows down to delta waves. Stage 3 normally only lasts 20% of your whole sleep time. Stage 3 is when the restoration and rebuilding occur.
