In today's guided meditation, we’ll embark on a powerful journey to connect with the expansive energy of Jupiter. This session is designed to help you embrace spiritual growth, attract abundance, and empower your true self. As we align with Jupiter's dynamic energies, we'll release emotional burdens and open ourselves to the blessings the universe has to offer. So, find a comfortable space, close your eyes, and let's begin this transformative experience together.

Welcome to this guided meditation which I like to call a frequency infusion.

Today we will set our intentions to embrace growth,

Abundance and a sense of personal empowerment.

Today we will align and connect with the expansive energy of planet Jupiter.

In this session we will set intentions for growth,

Abundance and personal empowerment while releasing emotional burdens that no longer serve us.

Through a combination of light codes,

Crystals and colour healing we will create a powerful energetic space for spiritual awakening.

As we journey together you will visualise yourself connecting with Jupiter's warm and dynamic atmosphere,

Experiencing its magnetic energy that fosters inner exploration and confidence.

You will also encounter the wheel of fortune,

A symbol of life cycles encouraging you to embrace change and recognise the opportunities for growth that arise from every experience.

This meditation aims to empower you to trust in your path and open yourself to the blessings the universe has to offer.

So as I begin to connect to you energetically,

The energy I will be channelling is divine energy,

Its source energy so it is of the highest vibration direct from source consciousness.

You are free to accept or reject this healing and may higher will be done.

Now bring your attention to the soles of your feet.

Sense,

See or feel as you pull up earth energies through the bottoms,

Rising up to your knees,

Hips,

Through your heart space,

Through your throat until it reaches the top of your head.

Visualise this energy cascading at the top of your head like a waterfall,

Cleansing,

Clearing and releasing any stuck energy.

I now begin to send the energy of protection and I invite you to visualise a white light coming down from the top of your head,

Down through your body.

It reaches the bottom of your feet and then comes back up and wraps around your entire body and being,

Infused with beautiful white light.

This white light then expands out into the room you are currently in,

Expanding further through your entire house.

This white light keeps you safe and protected during the session.

We call upon Archangel Michael with his diamond silver sword to clear out your space and any lower vibrational energies from around you.

We invite in the fire dragons to come forth and place a wall of fire around you and to burn up any residue that Michael cannot reach.

We invite the golden dragons to circle you three times clockwise,

One,

Two and three.

They are here to offer their protection and loving support as they pour high frequency light into,

Around and through your aura.

They help by holding your energy at fifth dimension frequency during this meditation.

So relax and trust.

As always we invite our spiritual teachers and angelic guides of the highest truth and integrity to contribute to this session for your best and highest good with ease and grace.

Now imagine you are getting up from wherever you are and making your way to the closest door.

This magical doorway steps you through to spiritual expansion.

As you open the door you step through and your feet land firmly on a shiny black path made of rainbow obsidian.

This powerful grounding crystal empowers you to evolve and expand your consciousness,

Enhancing spiritual insight and connection while granting access to higher realms of truth and divine guidance.

So as you begin to travel along the path,

Take note of your surroundings.

There may be trees or flowers or even sand or running rivers.

Whatever shows up for you is what is aligned for you at this time.

Do you hear any birds?

Do you see any animals?

Are any of your spirit team here to greet you?

Just take a moment to take this in.

And as you continue walking,

Your body is being energetically retuned to the frequency of rainbow obsidian.

You may feel your body rebalancing.

Some negative energy being released and you begin to feel lighter.

Continuing along the path,

You come to a bend and you make your way around the corner.

And you soon discover a fork in the path where you have the opportunity to go left or right.

So to the left is a golden stairway with ancient detailing covered in jewels,

Sparkling.

It has green ivy that winds around the staircase as it makes its way up to the top.

Then to the right is a sparkling purple stairway decorated with tiny golden light codes and geometric symbols covered in the most beautiful flowers.

Choose the way that draws your attention.

Remember there is no right or wrong choice.

Simply follow your heart.

So as you follow your chosen path,

You step up each stair one by one until you reach the top.

With each step you can feel the anticipation of what is at the top of the stairway.

You know it's going to be beautiful.

As you reach the top,

You are greeted by a breathtaking display of the Milky Way stretching far beyond your sight.

You look up to the sky and you just look at all of those beautiful stars.

Deep indigo sky scattered with stars that shine so bright.

Feeling so comfortable just gazing up at this mystical landscape.

The air is beautiful and warm and you feel safe.

You breathe in the essence of the darkness grounding your energy deep into Mother Earth.

In the distance a brilliant light begins to glow.

Larger and larger.

Glowing in an orange brown golden colour.

It starts off small but it gets bigger and bigger.

This bright star approaches.

You feel yourself being drawn towards it like a magnet.

It continues to get bigger and brighter.

This pull to this light feels magical and you feel this connection to your entire body.

You feel yourself moving forward.

It's like you are in an invisible vehicle.

You are being transported towards the light.

As you finally draw closer,

You realise you are heading towards the magnificent planet Jupiter.

Allow yourself to feel its warm and expansive energy washing over you.

Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system and is 11 times bigger than planet Earth.

You can feel its strong magnetic field providing a safe space for you to explore your inner self without fear.

As we are guided by this powerful planet,

Today we have the opportunity to build our confidence and trust in our own abilities.

So with each breath,

Visualise the golden light of Jupiter connecting to you.

As you breathe in,

Imagine drawing its energy of growth,

Abundance and wisdom.

Feel this energy filling your being,

Expanding your heart and mind.

Imagine yourself standing on the surface of Jupiter,

Surrounded by a swirling,

Dynamic atmosphere of vibrant colours.

The air is thick with the gas composition of hydrogen and helium.

A total different feeling to our planet Earth.

You feel like you are floating,

No longer standing,

Feeling held,

Supported and nurtured at this time.

Jupiter's gravitational pull is strong and it grounds you,

Connecting you deeply to the core of his planet.

As you look around,

You are amazed by the mesmerising bands of clouds in shades of orange,

Brown and cream,

Constantly shifting and swirling in a beautiful dance.

The atmosphere is alive with stormy vibrations and you might catch glimpses of lightning flashing in the distance,

Illuminating the sky with bright bursts of energy.

Jupiter offers you this clearing,

To assist you to clear and open your mind,

Inviting in clarity.

Imagine you are closing your eyes as he speaks to you.

As we connect to the divinity within,

We now ask to synergise the various parts within ourselves.

We call those parts that are open-minded,

With a sense of awakened awareness,

To usher and support those other parts that may be stuck in the doubting,

Only-seeing-is-believing,

Limiting beliefs.

We call upon our inner guidance to help us maintain a higher vibration,

So that our psychic capacity can unfurl and grant greater access to the realms of information with a bigger-picture perspective.

You feel a deep sense of connection to the universe,

As if the very essence of Jupiter is communicating with your spirit.

Above you,

The magnificent Great Red Spot looms,

A colossal storm that has raged for centuries,

Reminding you of the power and resilience of nature.

You can sense the energy of this storm,

A pulsating force that resonates with your own inner strength.

I release any limitations and fears that hold me back from embracing my true potential.

I clear all negative beliefs and energies that prevent me from welcoming abundance and growth into my life.

With the expansive energy of Jupiter,

I invite clarity,

Wisdom and the courage to trust in the cycles of my journey.

I am open to the blessings and opportunities that the universe has to offer.

Feeling cleared and excited about the future and your spiritual path,

You take another moment to gaze upon your surroundings.

As you look up above,

You start to see a wheel.

This wheel is spinning slowly above you.

This is the wheel of fortune,

A symbol of the cycles of life,

Fate and the ever-turning nature of existence.

With each rotation,

The wheel reflects the ebbs and flows of our own journey,

Reminding you that life is a series of changes,

Some joyous and some challenging.

Feel the energy of Jupiter pulsating through you,

Filling you with optimism and confidence.

As the wheel spins,

Visualise it infused with the radiant colours of Jupiter,

Each colour representing a different aspect of your life.

The deep indigo for wisdom,

The golden orange for abundance and the warm brown for grounding stability.

With every turn of the wheel of fortune,

Allowing yourself to reflect on the cycles in your own life.

Consider the moments of joy that have uplifted you and the challenges that have shaped you.

Each experience,

Whether positive or negative,

Has contributed to your growth and understanding.

Embrace the idea that just as the wheel turns,

So too will your circumstances evolve.

Now take a deep breath and repeat after me.

I trust in the cycles of my life.

I am open to the abundance and opportunities that come my way.

I embrace change and growth,

Knowing that each turn of the wheel brings me closer to my higher self.

Begin to visualise the wheel spinning faster now,

Feel the magnetic energy of Jupiter amplifying your intentions,

Imagine the wheel aligning with your desires,

Attracting them into your reality.

As you stand here,

Feel the connection between Jupiter and the wheel of fortune deepening.

You are supported by the expansive energy of Jupiter,

We now take a moment to thank Jupiter and the wheel of fortune.

We find ourselves making our way back to the rainbow obsidian path.

We're not quite sure how we got here and we're not quite sure how we get back,

But we can feel we are leaving the planet with a new sense of confidence and understanding.

And we are glided back down on the path,

In front of the staircases,

At the fork of the road.

We turn around and just take a moment to thank everyone who has contributed to this journey.

Making our way again along the path,

Looking for the door.

You spot a key that appears on the path and you bend down to pick it up.

It is a golden key and it is a symbol of your journey today.

Just ask the key does it have a message for you today.

You hold that key and bring it close to your heart space.

You share your thanks for today.

Continuing along the path,

The door is on the left.

You open the door and you step through.

You close the door behind you.

We prepare to close this meditation.

I will now disconnect from your energy and I invite you to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Inhaling deeply and feeling the warmth of Jupiter's energy one last time.

And as you exhale,

Expressing gratitude for the guidance and wisdom that Jupiter offers.

Gently wiggling your fingers and toes.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Carrying the sense of expansion and abundance with you as you move through your day.

Knowing that Jupiter's influence is always guiding you towards your highest potential.
