The Medicine Within: A Sacred Healing Journey

Welcome to this guided meditation where we activate the Medicine Within. Inspired by a session gifted to me by spirit, this journey carries the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel and the guidance of higher beings, spirit animals, and elemental allies.

As you step into the circle of sacred balance, you will be cleansed by universal light, grounded by Mother Earth, and uplifted by Father Sky. Crystals, codes, and healing frequencies will flow through your energy field — dissolving heaviness, restoring harmony, and reconnecting you with your inner rhythms.

This meditation is an invitation to remember who you are, to listen to the whispers of your spirit, and to receive the blessings of the Medicine Within.

Welcome to this guided meditation where we activate the medicine within.

My name is Laurie Jane and I am a certified master transpersonal crystal healing practitioner and energy healer.

And today I'll be working with your energy as I channel this activation using the power of intention for your highest and best good.

This meditation has been inspired by one of my attunement sessions called medicine within.

It was a session that was gifted to me by spirit at the time I was working closely with one of my guides who was represented by a native American Indian.

So I was encouraged to work with and research different elements like the medicine wheel.

During this transmission I will be working with our higher beings,

Our spirit animals,

Channeling frequencies and codes to assist you to connect more closely to your spiritual source and to open the flow of life current.

It is about tapping into your inner knowing,

Connecting with your inner rhythms and offering healing to wherever it needs to go.

I now ask for your permission as I connect with your energy for your highest and best good.

Please say yes in your mind's eye if you are ready to do so.

You are free to accept or reject this activation and may higher will be done.

As I begin to connect to you energetically,

The energy I will be channeling is divine energy.

It's source energy so as of the highest vibration direct from source consciousness.

Now I just ask you to bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.

I invite you to imagine you are growing roots down into the sacred mother earth as she calls you back to the womb,

Back to her core and back to your center.

Assisting you to reconnect and allow flow,

Harmony and balance.

Feeling the earth energies under your feet as you take a moment to stop and breathe this energy in.

The earth is a living and breathing being and offers us an abundance of healing energies allowing us to recharge and rejuvenate.

We are now open and willing to receive these divine blessings from sacred mother earth as your heart begins to beat as one with her healing vibration.

Connecting to the beat of the drum as you continue to breathe deep into your belly.

Feeling the breath expand and releasing anything that no longer serves.

Now feeling grounded and connected.

Imagine you are witnessing universal light streaming down through your soul star chakra located just above the top of your head,

Direct from source.

This light offers protection but also feels your soul guiding and supporting you at all times with its unconditional love.

Feel your heart space expand as you allow this beautiful light to flow through your entire being.

Reminding yourself that you are a divine channel of universal light.

This cleansing light has the ability to wash away any energy which is not for your highest good as any stress and worries begin to slip away.

As it flows through your entire chakra system it releases any blockages,

Imbalances and non beneficial energy to the spiritual.

This energy then flows down to your root chakra and down your grounding cord to be transmuted by mother earth.

As we do this process it is creating the optimal space for you to heal,

Integrate and move any energy that needs to be released at this moment.

We connect to the spirit of the white sage asking for its medicine and to help cleanse away any low vibrational energies that may be stuck in your energy field.

The white sage starts working with your energy field as it begins to smudge and clear away old stagnant energies.

Replacing these with peace,

Healing,

Love,

Happiness,

Abundance and positive vibes.

We take a moment to call forth all our beings of the highest realms,

The ascended masters,

The great ones,

The wise ones and those of the animal kingdom.

Calling them in to be with us as we seek the highest good and guidance to help guide us through life,

To help guide us on our journey.

Calling in the power of all of nature's great forests,

The holy mountains.

Calling in the power of the salamanders,

The elements of fire.

Calling in the power of the gnomes and the elements of earth.

Calling in the power of the south and the elements of air.

And calling in the power of the undying and the ancient world and the elements of water.

Please come be with us as we are here to listen and we are here to receive with gratitude in our hearts.

We wish to transmute all negative energy moving around the body,

Transmuting it back to its original form of love.

Anything not in its highest form of love is not welcome to be present.

Calling in many blessings into our lives at this time.

Calling in and on the power of Pachamama,

Father Sky,

All the Fae for our highest good and guidance.

When we look up to Father Sky,

We are welcoming the sacred masculine.

When we look down and touch Mother Earth,

We welcome the sacred feminine.

The medicine wheel represents the sacred balance of all life.

From that place we can look within and find oneness.

We invite in and work with our shamanic ancestors and the medicine wheel.

So we can experience a deep and profound healing for your highest and best good.

As we begin the visualization component to this transmission,

I now invite you to start to journey towards the sacred medicine wheel.

See,

Sense or feel,

You are beginning to walk along a path made of clay quartz.

This path is smooth and soft on your feet and you can feel the connection of this crystal as it cleanses and energizes you.

As you continue along this path,

You start to walk up a slight hill.

You keep walking up until you reach the top where you are greeted by a wide open space.

This could be a sacred place you have visited before or a place you have seen in your dreams.

It is a place where you feel deeply connected,

Held and supported.

You keep walking towards a formation of stones that lay on the ground.

These stones are set in a significant way and they represent the medicine wheel.

It is a large circle divided into four sections.

There are 40 stones in total,

Representing all of the elements.

It embodies the four directions as well as Father Sky,

Mother Earth and Spirit Tree.

All of which symbolize dimensions of health and the cycles of life.

The medicine wheel teaches us that we have four aspects to ourselves.

The physical,

The mental,

The emotional and the spiritual.

It brings balance and harmony.

As you enter this circle,

You do so by coming in from the east.

You sit down and begin to feel the presence of your ancestors,

Tribal elders and spirit animals.

You notice the sun beginning to rise above the mountains in the distance.

The east is represented by the element of air.

And I invite you to spend a few moments breathing in this fresh mountain air.

It feels different here,

So refreshing and crisp.

You just take one moment to be,

To be in this moment.

You feel the wind softly caressing your face.

As the sun starts to shine brighter,

With her warmth.

You let this fill up your entire being with the colour yellow.

The colour of the east.

As it penetrates every cell,

Every molecule and every aspect of you.

We connect to the spiritual signature of Yellow Jasper.

As it offers us courage and self confidence.

Protecting against negativity and allowing us to recognise responsibility.

Above you,

You see and hear the cry of a majestic eagle as it soars above.

Flying high as it shows us today and offers its guidance and medicine.

The eagle brings forth spiritual protection as well as strength,

Courage and wisdom.

They represent the ability to see the truth that sometimes we cannot see from our normal earthbound perspectives.

I invite you now to spend some time reflecting on your current journey.

If you wish to start something new in an area of your life,

Seek inspiration or wish to dive deeper into your thought process,

Ask the east for its guidance now.

As we bring ourselves back to the circle,

We now get up and move towards the south part of the wheel and sit down.

Over in the distance,

You notice a campfire burning.

You begin your journey towards it and feel the heat of the midday sun.

The ground is dry,

Yet the wildflowers are in full bloom.

They are so pretty as they wave around with the wind.

As you approach the fire,

You can feel your own emotions rising with the flames.

Feeling vulnerable yet curious about what you are starting to feel.

A rush of energy flows through your body as you feel your ancestors are with you.

You know you must trust and have faith in your spirit guides around you.

The south is represented by the element of fire and as you reach the fire pit,

You spend a few moments visualising yourself starting to rise above the ashes like the phoenix bird,

Dancing in the light of the flames.

Cleansing and clearing and releasing all that is not for your highest and best good.

You are safe and the flames do not burn nor harm you.

You now have the opportunity to let go of any negative emotions you may have been holding onto as you begin to fill your heart with unconditional love.

While dancing in the flames,

Imagine the colour red,

The colour of passion and emotions swirling around you.

This red flame fills you with the desire to grow and move beyond any self-limiting boundaries you may have placed around you,

Which have kept you from your true path.

We connect with the spiritual signature of red calcite as it allows us to clear out old energy patterns,

Facilitating new beginnings and energisers.

The south is a place of growth,

Trust and love,

So I invite you to open your heart and allow this beautiful energy to flow to you.

Replacing any energy you have released with high vibrational energy.

One of the spiritual guardians of the south is Coyote.

Coyote is both the keeper of wisdom and the trickster,

The sacred clown who shows us how to see life from different perspectives,

To find the possible in the seemingly impossible and to laugh at ourselves.

As the Coyote comes forth today,

He offers his teachings.

We take a moment just to connect,

If there are any messages which may be helpful for your growth.

Bringing ourselves back to the circle,

We now walk and sit down in the west.

You notice the sun is setting behind the mountains in the far distance.

The evening air has dropped in temperature and now is cooling down.

As you begin to journey,

You see a lake in the distance.

You can see the ripples that the wind is creating on the top.

As the sky begins to darken,

You witness the most beautiful and vibrant night sky colours that are shimmering above and around the lake.

The lake begins to glow.

The west is represented by the element of water and connects us to reflections of our dreams and visions.

Spend a moment as you visualise each ripple on the water's surface,

Representing another dream,

Inspiration or potential you have yet to bring into your awareness.

The west is where we go to nurture,

Develop and connect to our creative nature.

Notice the sky above you now and how the stars start to grab your attention.

They create the most amazing clusters of patterns and you are captivated by their beauty.

We allow ourselves to be pulled into the darkness as you connect to the universe beyond the stars.

Black is the colour that represents the west and it allows us to disconnect from our earthly ties as it gives us the opportunity to blend into the universal magic.

Allow this vibration to bring your dreams and visions forth for higher growth at this time.

We connect to the spiritual signature of black tourmaline as it not only protects but also helps our dreams and helps us to attract thoughts by making them a reality.

The grizzly bear is the spirit keeper of the western direction.

Bears represent the energy of denning up and hibernation.

This is the energy of turning inward and reviewing your life.

When we practice introspection in a deep and committed way we are able to see the patterns that have formed our behaviours.

We take a moment just to connect to the energy and the medicine and the guidance that the grizzly bear is offering you today.

As we bring ourselves back to the circle we stand up and walk towards the north.

You sit down and immerge yourself within this section of the medicine wheel.

Imagine it is winter time,

You are in a forest and the air is very still.

The sun is shining above,

Shining through the trees as it shares its light codes of inspiration.

It leaves a sparkling reflection upon the snow surface.

The north is represented by the element of earth.

As it connects to your vibration you begin to feel very grounded and peaceful as you are now held and supported deeply by earth mother.

Off in the distance you notice something slowly moving towards you.

As it reaches the edge of the mountain before you its incredible presence takes form.

It appears as the sacred white buffalo.

You can see her breathing her warm air as it hits the cold atmosphere.

She brings forth gifts of innocence and purity allowing her medicine and wisdom to flow to and through you.

We take a moment just to connect to this beautiful buffalo.

A very rare buffalo who has amazing teachings to offer you.

Ask her what she would like to share with you today.

The colour of the north is white.

We connect with the spiritual signature of clear courts.

Allowing us to purify and cleanse our energy field while amplifying the healing energy in and around us.

Imagine now the white light of great spirit is shining down upon you.

Feeling its support and divine inspiration.

As this beautiful white hits the snow.

It's time to acknowledge that you are from in this lifetime a spiritual being living a human experience.

Undertaking this lifetime in order to grow,

Learn,

Share,

Teach and to love others.

This is the wisdom of the north.

It's time to allow your spirit to shine bright like a diamond.

And to assist us to shine brighter.

We will now clear any limiting beliefs that you may be holding on to.

We call upon our guides,

Angels and masters of 100% pure love light and divine energy.

To come forth with the divine platinum flame.

And cancel,

Clear,

Delete,

Renounce,

Denounce,

Destroy and uncreate all of these limiting rigid beliefs,

Systems,

Programs,

Decisions,

Habits and low vibrating emotional charges.

That block our abundance,

Prosperity,

Health and wealth from all of our energy grids,

Energy fields,

Subconscious and conscious minds.

Our emotional,

Mental,

Etheric,

Casual and chakra bodies across all lifetimes from the zero point of creation.

We ask to replace these empty spaces with divine platinum light and love to allow healthy,

Wealthy and abundant energies to penetrate and infiltrate all of our being.

As a call for it,

It is done,

It is done,

It is done.

Now that we've connected and embodied each of the directions,

We now bring ourselves back to the medicine wheel formation.

We thank each of the directions,

Our spiritual powers,

Our ancestors for this experience,

Their guidance,

Wisdom and protection.

Feeling deeply connected to the earth elements,

We now consult with the medicine of the animal kingdom so you can receive their wisdom,

Healing and guidance.

We allow our spirit animals to come forth and sit with us.

Know that this is one of your spirit animals and that they have come forth today to share their love and wisdom.

They wish to assist you on your journey any way they can.

Connect with their essence,

Their medicine and their being.

Whatever animal appears first,

And there could be more than one,

This is your spiritual helper,

Your healer and your teacher.

Trust that.

You make your way back to the pathway and begin to walk down the hill.

You continue to walk down the path along which you came,

Until you reach the starting point.

You start to bring your awareness back to your physical body.
