Welcome to this new day,

Focusing on relaxing your body and calming any thoughts that might pop up.

Really drawing attention to every muscle across your shoulders,

Torso,

Hips,

Legs and feet.

Letting the muscles at the back of your neck completely relax.

The muscles on your scalp,

On your forehead,

Your jaw melting away and letting gravity pull everything down.

Relaxing and just being.

Focusing on being as still as you can.

Drawing attention to your breath,

Taking a slow breath in through your nostrils.

The air feels cold and fresh,

Pure and letting it out,

Warm,

Slow.

Continue this rhythm in and out.

Focusing again on being still,

Your body heavy.

Imagining any thoughts that pop up slowly sifting out underneath you,

Into the ground,

Drifting away.

You feel calm,

Protected,

Guided and nourished.

Each breath in is a breath of nourishment and each breath out is a release,

A surrendering.

Sinking deeper and deeper,

Letting go,

Surrendering.
