Good morning,

My name is Lisa and I want to thank you for joining me for this short breathwork session to start your day.

I encourage you to listen and breathe with it every day as a beautiful morning routine to allow yourself the opportunity for infinite possibilities to come into your life.

But first I want to invite you to get yourself comfortable,

Either sit in a relaxed position or lie down and perhaps closing your eyes so that you can just focus on listening to my voice and the music.

I would like you just to breathe naturally and focus on what your breath feels like going in and out of your body.

Imagine that you could see your breath traveling all the way into your lungs and transferring that life-giving oxygen and transferring it with this carbon dioxide and breathing that out.

What does it feel like as it comes into your body?

And as you exhale and you feel your breath on your skin,

I invite you to sink just a little bit deeper into the surface below you.

Feel the support and feel safe.

And as you sink into the surface beneath you and relax completely,

I invite you to start a halo-active breath,

And that breath is in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Circulate your breath throughout your body.

As you breathe in through your nose,

Out through your mouth,

I invite you to breathe in gratitude.

Perhaps this gratitude has a color,

Or maybe it has a smell,

Or even a texture.

And imagine and feel that gratitude filling every little nook and cranny of your body as you breathe in through your nose,

Out through your mouth,

Letting that gratitude go into your chest,

Surrounding your heart.

Breathe that gratitude in down your torso,

Through your hips,

Down your legs,

All the way to your toes.

Breathe that gratitude into your shoulders,

All the way down to the tips of your fingers.

Ending your day with gratitude is one of the most powerful things we can do to set us on the right path for a beautiful day.

We have gratitude for waking up this morning,

And gratitude for the ability to breathe in and out,

Gratitude for the possibilities ahead of us.

Continue to circulate this breath,

And as you exhale,

Release anything that no longer serves you.

And as thoughts or worries come into your head,

Notice them,

Acknowledge them,

And release them.

Exhale those things that don't belong to you.

This session is for you and only you.

And on your next breath cycle,

I invite you to take an even deeper breath in.

Take a little extra sip of air at the top,

And hold at the top.

While holding your breath,

Make sure your body stays softened.

Hold it as long as it is supportive to you.

And when you're ready to release that breath,

I invite you to resume the halo active,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

And now I invite you to put your attention up to the crown above the top of your head.

This represents your connection with the divine,

The divine being,

The universe,

God,

Source,

Your higher power.

That connection can be represented by a light.

And perhaps this light is a white light,

Or maybe it has a color.

I invite you to breathe in and let that light come down through your body.

Let the light expand your heart space.

Let it go to all corners of your body.

And as you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Let that divine light surround you.

It gives you comfort and safety and inner peace.

Continue to breathe in through your nose,

Out through your mouth,

Feeling this divine connection opening you up so you're ready for all opportunities.

And be sure if there's anything else that doesn't serve you,

Just breathe it out.

And now I invite you to take an extra deep breath in and let everything go,

Emptying out and holding at the bottom.

Hold as long as it feels good for you.

And when you're ready to release the breath,

I invite you to return to your natural breath.

As you're breathing naturally,

I invite you to perhaps put your hands on your heart.

Give yourself a hug and acknowledge yourself for taking this time and starting your day in a very positive manner.

Say to yourself,

Thank you.

I love you.

Thank you.

I love you.

When you're ready,

I invite you to bring in a little bit of movement,

Perhaps wiggling your fingers or your toes.

Perhaps a nice big stretch and bringing in the energy of the morning to help you face the day and take your time.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and sit up and be ready for the best day ever.

My sincere love and light to you.

Have a wonderful day.
