Deep sleep meditation for relaxation.
Begin in a comfortable position,
Lying on your back with your eyes closed.
Let your arms rest by your sides,
Palms facing up,
And take a few moments to settle in,
Ensuring you are fully comfortable.
Take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
Allow your mind to begin quieting down as your body starts to relax.
Take another slow,
Deep breath in,
And as you release,
Feel any tension in your body begin to melt away.
Continue to breathe gently,
Naturally,
And let each exhale bring you deeper into relaxation.
Now,
I would like you to bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Notice any sensations you may feel there,
And gently release any tension.
As you breathe,
Imagine a warm wave of relaxation flowing over your scalp,
Calming your mind,
And soothing your body.
Move your attention to your forehead.
Soften your forehead,
Releasing any tightness.
Let your eyebrows relax.
Fill the space between your eyes,
Soften and expand.
Let this relaxation flow down to your cheeks and jaw.
Allow your jaw to loosen.
If your teeth are clenched,
Gently release them,
Feeling your entire face becoming soft and calm.
Now shift your awareness to your neck and shoulders.
We often carry tension here,
So take a moment to notice how your neck and shoulders feel.
As you inhale,
Imagine an area filling with light,
And as you exhale,
Allow all tension to flow out of your body.
Now focus on your arms.
Feel the relaxation moving from your shoulders down through your upper arms,
Your elbows,
And your forearms.
Let your wrist,
Your hands,
And each finger relax completely.
Your arms are now heavy,
Warm,
And at ease.
Bring your awareness to your chest.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath.
With each inhale,
Feel your chest expand with soothing energy,
And with each exhale,
Release any remaining tightness or worry.
Now move your focus to your abdominal area.
Allow your stomach to be soft.

Shift your awareness to your hips and lower back.
Release any tension you may be holding here,
Letting your hips sink deeper into the bed or surface beneath you.
Feel the warmth of relaxation flowing into your lower back,
Allowing you to feel fully supported.
Now feel this wave of relaxation moving down through your legs.
Let your thighs,
Knees,
And calves relax completely.
Allow the soothing energy to reach your ankles,
Your feet,
And toes.
Your entire body is now heavy,
Warm,
And deeply relaxed.
Now that your body is fully relaxed,
