Dear Friend, In this 6-minute mini mindfulness meditation, you will be gently guided to awaken your senses. We will briefly explore seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, and feeling our present-moment experience. If accessing any of these senses feels challenging or unavailable, know that multiple options will be provided. This practice is intentionally short with brief pauses - great for starting the day, or taking a quick break to ground into presence.
