Hello and a very warm welcome.
If everything feels like it's coming at you all at once.
Like if your mind is racing and your nervous system feels overloaded or you simply just don't know where to start.
Let's just take three minutes together.
And you don't have to fix everything right now.
In case you're new to EFT,
I'm going to briefly name the tapping points as we go through our tapping.
If you already know the tapping points simply follow along or you're welcome to tap on the points you prefer.
You don't have to do any of this perfectly.
Tapping on the side of the hand.
Even though I'm feeling overwhelmed right now.
I choose to be kind and gentle with myself.
Continuing on the side of the hand.
Even though my system feels so overloaded.
I choose to be kind and gentle with myself.
One last time on the side of the head.
Even though it's just too much.
I choose to be kind and gentle with myself.
And then going to the top of the head.
Tap the Everything feels too much.
Eyebrow point My mind doesn't know where to begin.
Side of the eye.
I'm feeling overwhelmed.
Under eye.
It's just too much.
Under the nose.
Too many demands on me.
10 points.
No wonder it feels overwhelming.
Collarbone.
It is a lot.
And under the arm.
I am overloaded.
And right now,
I'm just acknowledging that.
Take a nice deep breath in and let it out like a big sigh.
And then one last little bit.
So just go back to the top of the head again and tap the hair.
Maybe I don't have to fix it all right now.
Eyebrow.
Maybe I can let my shoulders drop even a little bit.
Side of the eye,
I can take one slow,
Deep breath.
Under the eye.
Just one thing at a time.
Under the nose and that is how I will make progress.
The churn point in this moment.
Konapan,
I can simply be here.
Under the arm.
And I can take another slow breath.
So rest your arms again and take another deep breath in,
Let it out like a sigh.
Before you go.
Just notice whether anything feels even 1% calmer than it did a few minutes ago.
Remember,
You don't have to solve everything right now or even today.
One small step is enough.
Rome was not built in a day.
If you find these short EFT practices helpful,
You're very welcome to explore my other inside timer tracks.
And come back whenever life feels like it's just becoming a bit too much again.
I have longer tracks to help you get out of overwhelm as well.
In the meantime,
Take gentle care of yourself.
Because there is only one of you.
