This guided EFT session is a safe space for Highly Sensitive People feeling overstimulated or emotionally flooded. If life feels like it’s coming at you too much, too fast, this brief tapping session will gently soothe your nervous system, helping you come back to center, with compassion and care. Use the EFT points that you are familiar with. I start at the top of the head and work downwards on all the body points.

Welcome and thank you for being here.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by noise,

Emotions,

Responsibilities or just the craziness of life,

You're not alone.

Highly sensitive people often experience the world more intensely and sometimes it can just all feel like too much and too fast.

This brief tapping session is here to help you gently release that sense of overwhelm and reconnect you with your inner calm that's always there like the sun behind the clouds.

Let's begin with a deep breath in through the nose and slowly out through the mouth.

Just notice if there's any tension that you're holding and see if you can just relax that the tiniest bit.

And now we're going to gently tap through the usual EFT points,

Just use whatever points work for you and there's absolutely no need to get this perfect.

Your attention here is enough and your intention to just release a little bit of stress right now is just going to go such a long way.

So today we're just going to start straight on the points without even side of the hand so just start on top of your head and just with every sentence I say you can just go to the next point as you find comfortable.

And start tapping.

Everything feels like too much right now.

So many demands,

So much noise.

My system feels overstimulated.

It's hard to think clearly.

It's just all going too fast.

I feel pulled in so many different directions.

It is overwhelming to be this sensitive sometimes and today I'm feeling it all at once.

And let's go to the top of the head again for another round.

Right now I just acknowledge this feeling of overwhelm.

I'm doing the best I can.

Even if it sometimes does not feel like enough.

My nervous system really needs a pause.

And that's okay.

I give myself permission to slow down.

Even if the world around me keeps moving so fast.

I can create a little stillness for myself right now.

Let's just take a breath.

So just rest your hands,

Take a nice deep breath in and out.

Just check in and see if you're already feeling a little calmer.

And the next round.

So again starting on top of the head.

I right now release the pressure to keep up with it all.

I gently release the belief that I have to do it all.

I choose to let go of what's not mine to carry.

I'm allowed to rest like the rest of us.

I am allowed to pause.

I choose to soften just a little in this moment.

I'm breathing in peace and breathing out tension.

And go back to the top of the head,

Another round.

I'm gently returning to myself right now.

I choose to feel grounded.

I choose to feel calm.

I create space for my needs.

I acknowledge my sensitivity.

And I really don't need to be so hard on myself.

I'm doing enough.

And I am enough.

And one more time,

A nice deep breath in and out.

And let's do one more round.

So just go back to the top of the head and just start tapping there and say,

I've come back to myself a little in this moment.

One breath at a time.

One tap at a time.

I feel a little more settled right now.

And I acknowledge how I feel.

My feelings are valid.

I choose to move forward so gently today.

With compassion,

With presence and with peace.

And then let's take one final deep breath in and out.

Notice how you're doing right now.

What has shifted for you?

How's your body doing?

Maybe you feel just a little bit more space inside.

And perhaps a little softer around the edges.

I invite you to thank yourself for showing up for this moment of beautiful care for yourself.

You too deserve to feel safe,

Supported,

Steady and grounded,

No matter how fast the world around you is moving.
