Just allow everything to calm down as you take in a nice deep breath through your nose and let it go.
Just allow your breath to just calm everything as you breathe in a sense of calm and you breathe out any tension or stress and just start to bring your attention inwards.
Just feeling the support of the chair or the ground beneath you,
Allow it to take your weight.
If there are any sounds around you just let them be.
Because in this moment all you need to do is relax.
And as you allow your attention to come inwards start to become aware of a beautiful white light shining above your head.
Just really focus on this light shining above your head.
It seems almost iridescent.
As you focus upon this light it starts to dip down,
Touching the crown of your head.
Just as if your crown slowly opens and allows that light to pour into your head.
And as the light pours into your head allow it to just start to clear out your mind.
Letting go of any thoughts.
Facing any negative thoughts.
Allowing your mind to become calm and still.
Now bring that light further down now.
Down into your face.
Down to your throat.
Clearing out any blockages in your throat.
Allowing any unspoken words,
Any untruths,
Any hurtful words to just be dissolved.
All this light does is translate negative into positive.
And as your throat becomes wonderfully clear allow that light to go further down now to the centre of your heart.
Feel that positivity enter into your heart.
Clearing out any hurt,
Sadness,
Anger.
Filling you with peace,
Calm,
Positivity.
Bring that light further down now.
Just in between your ribs at the solar plexus.
Clearing out any self doubt,
Any lack of self belief.
Filling you with strength and positivity.
Travelling further down now to your lower stomach.
Clearing out any creative blockages.
Leaving you feeling secure and safe.
As you push that light further down now into your hips and your legs.
Clearing out any insecurities.
Allowing you to stand in your truth.
Feeling safe and secure in who you are.
Just imagine now pushing that white light through every cell of your body.
You push it through every cell of your body.
Clears out any negativity it might find.
Just evaporating it.
Slowly disappearing.
Helping you feel positive and healthy.
Until that white light fills every cell in your body.
You start to push it into your fingertips and your toes.
Until eventually the white light starts streaming out of your fingertips and toes.
Wrapping around the outside of your body.
Creating a whole bubble of light in which you sit.
Bubble of light just closes around you.
So your inner and outer being is completely protected.
And in this bubble of light you are safe.
You are protected.
Only positive energy can come into you.
And only positive energy can come from you.
And in this bubble of light you are allowed to go on a wonderful adventure.
Using your imagination picture yourself walking down a beautiful path.
Surrounded by lush green.
Trees.
Flowers.
A beautiful bubbling stream is running alongside.
As you start to walk along you notice a light shining ahead of you.
As you walk towards this light you notice it's coming from inside a beautifully lit cave.
You're compelled to walk towards the cave and take a look inside.
As you step inside the cave you notice that it's a winding path with lots of little recesses along the walls of the cave all lit with a beautiful candle.
As you start to walk through that path you feel the coolness of the cave touching your skin.
As the candles flicker on the walls it feels inviting.
As you continue to walk you start to hear the sounds of dropping water.
Just gentle drips.
Until eventually you walk into an opening within the cave and it takes your breath away.
There is a pool in the middle of the cave and candles scattered around which are reflecting light off beautiful amethyst geodes in the wall.
The whole wall of this cave seems to be a giant amethyst.
Beautiful crystals all over the wall shining in the candlelight and you feel an energy that you've never felt before.
This feels a magical place.
A place where you can sit and think.
A place where you can be healed.
A place where you can connect with your higher self.
You walk towards the pool in the middle of the cave and notice there are lots of different crystals around it.
You may find your eye drawn to a crystal of a certain colour or type.
As you sit and just hear the drips of water echoing along the walls you become aware that there's an animal in the cave happy to greet you.
This animal is a spirit guide that's there to bring you a message to make you feel warm and supported and to protect you.
Find you can communicate with the animal.
May not be with words but you know what the other is thinking.
The animal is urging and encouraging you to step into the pool of water.
You tentatively put your toe in the water and are surprised by how warm and inviting it feels.
And as you stand in the water you feel totally at ease and comfortable with allowing yourself to submerge completely.
This doesn't feel like ordinary water.
This feels like a gift.
It's as if the water can cleanse you of any negativity.
Any physical pains you may have been feeling are just being washed away by the water.
Allow that to happen.
Any emotional pains are just washing away.
Feel wonderfully calm and peaceful here.
And any blockages to your higher self and your intuition are just melting away.
You feel totally invigorated.
Feel like a new you in this water.
All of those things that have held you back before just being washed away.
Feel as if your energy has been reinvigorated.
You slowly start to step out of the water and are surprised to find that you instantly become dry.
Your animal friend is still there.
And you spend a moment just being with your animal friend.
Time for any guidance or messages they may have.

You're allowed to take one of the crystals away with you.

You start to walk out of that opening in the cave,
Down through the corridor of the cave,
Out into the sunlight once again.
You can't explain it,
But you feel totally different.
Peaceful,
Content,
But so alive and invigorated at the same time.
It feels like a truly significant experience.
Your heart is full of gratitude for it.
And you decide that from today you'll carry those feelings forward with you,
No matter what.
And with that knowledge and remaining in your bubble,
You start to slowly walk down the path again.
And you find that the path starts to head back to your house and brings you back to the room that you were sat in.
And you start to realize that you're aware of your physical presence once more.
You wiggle your toes as you start to become aware of your feet at the end of your body,
That energy starting to rise up from your feet through your legs.
You feel your legs become more and more awake as that energy rises through your torso.
And you feel that energy start to rise up through your torso,
Going down through your arms as you wiggle your fingers and your fingers start to wake up the upper part of your body as the energy starts to rise up now into your head.
And you know that whenever you're ready,
You can stretch,
Smile,
Come back to the room,
Protected and invigorated.
