A short meditation to help you feel aligned, grounded and connected to source. Enjoy.
Transcript
Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor.
Allow your body to settle into a relaxed position as you begin to allow your mind to become quiet.
Take in a deep breath through your nose and exhale.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Each breath allows you to relax deeper and to calm your mind.
As you feel your body relaxing deeper,
Keep breathing in deeply.
As you breathe out,
Just relax and let everything go.
Because in this stillness,
You've created a sacred space.
A space where you can still the outside world and you can begin to raise your vibration.
Your energy within this sacred space becomes pure as you're connected to Source.
And in this space,
You can receive all of the wisdom and healing you need.
Using your imagination,
I want you to focus your attention upon a beautiful white light shining directly above your head.
The light is bright,
Radiant,
Almost iridescent.
As you focus upon this light,
It grows bigger and brighter,
Yet it does not hurt your eyes.
And using your imagination once more,
Imagine taking deep breaths through your crown chakra as that beautiful light begins to enter your body and slowly fills every cell throughout your entire body.
Allow that light to spread into every cell.
As you feel that radiating Source energy entering you,
Aligning you.
As you send that light to every cell in your body,
Imagine there's a line drawing a perpendicular right down the center of your body.
And imagine a crossbar running through you to your heart.
That's the alignment you're wishing to achieve.
And with each breath,
You become more perfectly aligned to that Source energy.
The energy from which everything begins.
The yin,
The yang.
The energy which connects us all.
Radiating and shining in luminescence,
Glowing within all of us,
Invigorating,
Healing.
This Source energy represents abundance,
Perfect health,
Creativity.
This energy comes from the Creator which enables us to create.
Whether it be art,
Music,
Photography,
Or just love in the service that we give others.
We may create a perfect piece of work which we are proud of because we're all creators.
And when we do it in the name of Source energy,
It becomes an act of worship.
On the exhalation of your next breath,
Release any remaining tension.
In your out-breath,
You can release every type of negative emotion you may be holding.
Fear,
Worry,
Anxiety,
Financial stress,
Relationship problems.
You can release all of those worries right now.
And as you inhale,
Bring in the Source energy into your body.
And exhale and release.
Release all of that negative energy.
Just let it go.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your feet.
Your feet are still firmly on the ground.
As you imagine that coming out of the soles of your feet are beautiful golden roots.
Just allow those golden roots to go deep down into the floor beneath you.
As they travel down into the earth.
Going down and down through the earth,
Past rocks,
Crystals,
Cracks.
Deep,
Deep into the earth until you reach the beating heart of the planet.
The core.
Where you are completely grounded,
Completely connected to Mother Earth and Gaia.
The Earth spirit.
Now feel that Source energy coming up in through the roots.
Travelling back into the soles of your feet.
That Source energy travelling into your body.
With each breath.
And with each exhalation releasing any resistance.
Resistance to healing.
Resistance to creativity.
Resistance to abundance.
With each exhalation of breath.
Release.
Release any resistance now.
With this powerful connection to Source from above.
And a powerful connection to Mother Earth from below.
You feel balanced.
You feel aligned.
And each inhalation of breath you take from Source energy.
Aligns you more and more perfectly.
Just enjoy this feeling now.
As above.
So below.

Org And it soon will be time for you to bring yourself back into your body.
But when you do,
You will retain the sense of serenity,
Peace and quiet that you have achieved throughout the rest of your day.
Serenity will stay with you.
That calmness,
That sense of purpose,
That connection with Source will remain with you.
And with that knowledge,
Start to slowly bring your awareness once more to your feet planted firmly on the ground.
Allow your toes to gently press into the floor beneath you as you become aware of your physical body once more.
Allow yourself to become aware of the firmness of the seat beneath you as you gently squeeze and relax your muscles.
Becoming more and more awake,
More and more alert,
Knowing that whenever you are ready,
You can open your eyes and return back to the room.
Wide awake,
Refreshed and totally connected.
