Explore MeditationLiam Skinner is Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario. He lives and works online and in person in the Ottawa area. He is a proud Papa of two small kiddos and passionate about supporting individuals, couples, parents and families to break cycles of emotional avoidance, trauma and grief. His passion for his work and practice comes from his personal and lived experiences of trauma and grief. He here to offer some accessible meditations and mindfulness practices for listeners to gain curiosity, insight, clarity, and compassion towards self and others. This is not a replacement for therapy and is not meant to be used as therapy. It is an offering to use in conjunction with other forms of healing and connecting with self and others. It is Liam's honor to play a small part on your journey, wherever that leads. Donations are always a good way to resource his ability to create new content for his listeners. Please consider donating if you benefit from his practices. With gratitude and thanks, his hope is you find his work supportive, resourcing and rewarding.
