Hi,

My name is Leon Gebelein and I will be guiding you through a power nap today.

Make sure you are comfortable.

It is best to lay down or sit in a reclined position with a blanket or something else to cover you in case you get cold.

Let's start by taking a few breaths.

With each breath,

The air flows through your chest and head,

Taking any heavy feelings and worries with it.

With each breath,

You will be able to feel the load lighten and make you more and more at ease.

Take a breath in.

Hold it.

Now let all the air escape through your mouth.

Take a breath in.

Hold.

Let all the air escape through your mouth.

Deep breath in.

Hold.

Let it out.

Deep breath in.

Hold.

Let it out.

Your head has cleared itself and you let your breath return to normal.

All there is,

Is a warm,

Fuzzy and tingling sensation inside of your head.

It feels light and healing.

Your body relaxes.

You feel nice and warm.

You are safe here.

Safe to relax.

With each breath you take,

You slowly drift off deeper into relaxation.

You can feel free to let go.

I am here and will watch over you.

I will let you know when it's time to wake up again.

Now,

Drift off to sleep.

Take a couple of breaths in.

Stretch all your muscles,

Wiggle your toes and fingers and slowly return to an awake state.

Did you have a nice nap?

You can lay here for a few more seconds.

It's not yet time to get up.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Let the energy flow back through your body.

You feel refreshed and ready to continue your work.

It's time to get up now.

I hope you have a nice day.
