Welcome to a remote Reiki healing session.
As we move through our lives,
Energy that doesn't belong to us has a way of sticking like Velcro to our own energy bodies.
This Reiki meditation is designed to unstick that energy and recycle it into something revitalized,
Fresh,
And healthy.
We'll be working with energy today,
And regardless of how wonderful or how terrible you feel right now,
This short meditation will provide you with an energy tune-up,
Focused on balancing your chakras and getting energy flowing unobstructed through your body.
I'll be using sound healing,
Reiki symbols,
And crystals to assist our meditation.
When you're ready,
Get comfortable,
Preferably lying on your back if that works for you.
However you position yourself,
Try to have your spine straight and aligned so that your energy can move in a straight line from your tailbone to the top of your head.
We'll begin at your feet,
Where I am standing,
Calling in Reiki energy and our spirit guides to be present during this session and to guide healing energy where it needs to go.
Imagine hands gently touching your feet.
Sense the Reiki energy coming from those hands and connecting with your energy.
Sense the stirring from the soles of your feet and into your toes.
There it is,
You're connecting with Reiki energy now.
Now the hands move up to your ankles where the Reiki energy surges and you begin to feel its magic working in your cells.
You visualize your blood flowing smoothly,
Energized and glowing with good health.
All through your feet and your ankles,
Circling around your shins,
The energy is golden and sparkling.
Imagine now that the hands are gently laid on your knees.
You feel their warmth and the Reiki energy that flows from them.
Any pain,
Any trauma,
Anything that doesn't feel good is being flushed out of your knees.
Joints hold onto trauma and they're an excellent point to center healing energy on.
Visualize the energy flowing smoothly from the soles of your feet up through your ankles into your knees.
In your mind's eye see any energy that doesn't contribute to your well-being just melt away.
Watch it alchemize into beautiful butterflies that fly away leaving your energy refreshed and renewed.
Now the hands move to your hips and you feel the surge of Reiki energy there.
Your energy flows freely and evenly between your hips.
Become aware of the healthy flow of energy from the soles of your feet up to your hips opening up all the energy channels,
Flushing out the joints and refreshing the cells and the blood.
Your energy body is connected and clear from your hips down to the soles of your feet.
Now that the energy in your feet,
Legs and hips is flowing in radiant good health Reiki energy becomes focused now on your root chakra.
Your root chakra is at the base of your spine and it represents your safety and stability in this life.
Its color is red and a piece of red jasper has been placed there to assist the Reiki energy in balancing this root chakra.
Visualize the red energy disk spinning at the base of your spine,
Sparking with divine energy,
Connecting with your hips,
Legs and feet.
Keeping your energy grounded and strong.
The affirmation for this chakra is I am.
Now visualize the Reiki energy at your second chakra just beneath your navel.
At this level,
The energy is about creativity and pleasure.
Its color is orange and an orange calcite has been placed there to assist the Reiki energy and balancing this chakra.
In your mind's eye see the orange energy disk spinning just beneath your navel and become aware of the energy flowing freely from this spot down through your root chakra,
Through the hips down through your knees to your feet,
Connecting you to the earth and back up through your body.
The energy is flowing smoothly and sparkling with health.
The affirmation for the second chakra is I feel.
The Reiki energy surges now upward to your third chakra just above your navel.
This energy is yellow and its focus is on self-esteem and power.
If you struggle with digestive issues,
The energy in this chakra could be blocked or otherwise damaged.
A citrine crystal has been placed there to assist the Reiki energy in balancing this chakra.
In your mind's eye,
See the yellow energy disk spinning above your navel.
Is it wobbly?
Let's direct the energy there until it's stable.
Take some strong deep breaths down into your belly and watch as that beautiful yellow energy begins to spin and stabilize itself and throw off beautiful golden sparks.
Become aware of the energy flowing freely from this spot down through your first and second chakras through your hips,
Down through your knees,
To your feet and back up,
Flowing smoothly and sparkling with health.
The affirmation for this chakra is I do.
And that makes sense.
This is the level of conviction.
This is where you commit yourself.
Now the Reiki energy is traveling up to your heart chakra,
The home of love,
Kindness and acceptance.
The energy here is emerald green and it is breathtakingly beautiful.
A green avangerine stone has been placed there to assist the Reiki energy in balancing this chakra.
As you breathe in and out deep into your belly,
Visualize that green light filling your chest.
Are there any dark flecks?
The flecks become butterflies and fly away as you see that Reiki energy coming up from your third chakra.
Your heart chakra is sparkling and vibrant.
The affirmation for this chakra is I love.
Feel the love the universe has for you surging in your heart.
Feel the love of your spirit guides who are with you every second of every day,
Loving nothing in the world as they love you.
This is all green and this is all beautiful.
Visualize the Reiki energy alchemizing and transforming anything holding you back into love that fills you utterly.
Your throat now fills with blue light as the Reiki energy flows upward into your throat chakra where your self-expression and ability to honestly communicate your truth reside.
Feel the energy swell,
Melting away anything that has ever held you back from speaking what you know to be true.
Anything and everything holding your voice back is being alchemized in the Reiki energy.
The energy here is light blue and a place of Amazonite has been placed there to assist the Reiki energy in balancing this chakra.
Your throat chakra is shining blue and connected to your heart chakra.
There is no need to ever doubt yourself.
You are guided and protected.
The affirmation for this chakra is I speak.
Now your third eye just a little above the space between your eyebrows becomes the focus of the healing Reiki energy.
This is the center of clarity and intuition.
The third eye is called the Ajna in Sanskrit.
In your mind think of the word Ajna of its sound and feel.
Visualize the Reiki energy swelling up from your throat and enveloping this space.
The energy here is indigo and it is shimmering at your third eye space where an amethyst has been placed to assist the Reiki energy in balancing this chakra.
Feel the Reiki energy flow into this space cleaning away any energy that doesn't belong with you.
Your third eye chakra is balanced and connected to your throat chakra.
Any energy that doesn't belong to you melts away and alchemizes into butterflies.
Watch as they fly away.
The third eye affirmation is I see.
Now the Reiki energy Feel the Reiki energy surging there balancing this chakra.
Your crown chakra is connected to your third eye and you are connected to the soul deep knowledge that guides you through this life.
Any energy debris that does not serve your connection to spirit is being alchemized into butterflies that simply fly away leaving your crown chakra glowing and renewed.

When you feel ready open your eyes and begin to come back into your space.
Your energy is fresh and renewed and your chakras are balanced.
You are ready to take on whatever is in front of you.
