This brief set of affirmations was designed to be used as a tapping (EFT) script. Each of the affirmations can be used while tapping with the fingertips of one or both hands at the following points: 1.) crown of head 2.) third eye 3.) temples 4.) under the eyes 5.) upper lip 6.) chin 7.) clavicles 8.) armpits, then "karate chop" (outsides of hands, beneath pinkies, tapped together). The affirmations are repeated twice, and the listener may repeat them aloud or simply listen.
