
Day 2: Feeling The Body
In this meditation, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body through direct awareness of physical sensation. Beginning with a comfortable posture, the practice gently guides you into noticing areas of contact, movement, and subtle sensation. As attention settles into the body, this can support a deeper sense of grounding and presence. Rather than thinking about the body, you’re simply feeling it from the inside, allowing awareness to become more steady and embodied. This meditation is part of a 30-day series designed to support a consistent daily practice, whether you are new to meditation or returning again. There’s nothing to figure out here. Just an opportunity to come back into the body, one moment at a time.
