Welcome to this moment of self-care.
Today,
You're going to play with your inner oracle.
That deep part of you that knows.
That knows before your logical mind knows.
Allow your eyes to gently close.
And place all of your attention on your body.
Being in the present moment,
Right here and right now.
Notice any sounds you may hear inside the room.
Any sensations your body feels right now.
And gently bring all of your attention to your body.
And as you place all of your attention here.
I want you to think,
Yes.
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
Think of things that feel good and true.
Think of pure,
Unconditional love.
Maybe it's a memory,
A person,
A pet.
But think,
Yes.
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
Something that brings you joy and light and love.
And as you think of this yes.
Notice how you feel it in your body.
Is it a lightness?
Is it a tingling?
Is it a warmth?
But notice what your internal yes feels like.
And savor that feeling of yes in your body.
And now we're going to shift.
And I want you to think,
No.
No,
No,
No.
Things in life that feel heavy and hard.
Just wrong.
Whatever that is to you.
Maybe it's paying taxes or bills.
Maybe it's road rage and traffic.
Whatever it is,
I want you to think of no.
Things in life that are not aligned.
That are heavy and hard.
And as you think no.
Pay attention to your body.
Where do you feel no in your body?
Is it a sinking feeling?
Is it a rock in the pit of your stomach?
Pay attention to that no.
And coming back to center.
Allow your body to find neutrality.
Taking a deep breath in.
Coming back to the present moment.
And in the present moment.
I want you to find a question.
A question that's been heavy on your heart.
Or lingering on your mind.
A yes or no question about how to move forward.
And paying attention to your body.
Ask.
And notice what it feels like.
Does moving in that direction.
Feel like a yes?
Is there expansion?
Is there lightness?
Do you feel your inner yes?
Or is it a no?
Is it a heaviness?
Feeling in the pit of your stomach.
But notice as you ask this question.
What shows up in your body?
And we can even take it a step further.
Imagine this feeling in your body could talk.
What would it say?
Witness it without judgment.
Maybe it's just one word.
But notice what shows up.
And say thank you to your body.
For giving you this message.
This guidance.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
And come back to the present moment.
Remembering that your body is always speaking.
Always guiding.
Namaste.
