Welcome to this moment of self-care.
Allow your eyes to gently close and let yourself arrive here.
Not halfway,
Not with one foot still in the day,
But all the way here.
And take a deep breath in,
Filling your stomach,
Filling your chest,
And gently sigh it out.
And take another big breath in,
Filling your stomach and your chest,
And gently sigh it out.
Take one more big breath in,
Filling your stomach,
Allowing your chest to expand with air,
And sigh it out.
Allow your breath to return to its normal pace.
And with each exhale,
Release a little of what you've been carrying.
You don't need your mind to be perfectly quiet.
You don't need to get it right.
You only need to allow this moment to be as it is,
And let that be enough.
Place all of your attention at the very top of your head,
And imagine a gentle wave of warm light moving there across your face,
Relaxing the muscles around your eyes,
Around your mouth,
Letting your jaw loosen,
And let every tension melt away.
And imagine this warm wave moving down your neck and your shoulders,
Letting them droop,
Letting them find more ease,
And letting every tension melt away.
And let this warmth and ease move down your shoulders,
Your arms,
All the way to your hands and fingers,
And imagine that they feel so heavy where they are,
So relaxed,
And allowing your arms to just melt and be supported.
And bring your attention to your chest.
Imagine that warmth growing there,
Allowing it to expand with more ease,
More peace,
And let that feeling move down into your stomach,
Letting it settle and find calm.
And imagine that wave of calm moving down your legs,
Past your knees,
All the way to your feet,
And imagine that your legs are so heavy where they are,
Like they could just melt.
And let this wave of ease and peace move throughout your entire body.
There is nothing to do but just be in this space.
Allow your body this moment of peace,
And allow your mind to gently open.
Now imagine,
Just imagine standing in a big,
Beautiful field.
Notice the green grasses all around you,
Flowing in the gentle breeze,
Wildflowers growing between the grasses.
The sun above you is warm and inviting.
Enjoy the peace of this place.
Notice what it feels like for your feet to be grounded into the earth.
Taking one step at a time in this place,
Feeling the grass tickle your legs and feet as you move.
Enjoying the sweet smell of the breeze,
And in this space,
Imagine that you see a path that calls to you.
Imagine taking a step on this path,
And another,
One step at a time.
And as you continue walking,
Something begins to appear ahead of you.
It may appear as a place,
A symbol,
A light,
A door,
Or simply a feeling.
But as you walk this path,
There's a quiet sense of recognition,
As though some part of you has always known this was here.
This is the path where your purpose begins to reveal itself,
Not as pressure,
Not as performance,
But as something deeply honest,
Something that feels meaningful,
A natural expression of who you are.
Notice how your body responds as you walk down this path,
Perhaps a feeling of openness,
Curiosity,
Energy,
A sense of something wanting to come alive through you.
Purpose often feels like remembering something you already know,
Something familiar,
Something quietly important.
Allow yourself to stand on that path.
You don't fully need to understand it,
Just notice,
Feel.
And as you walk this path,
Ask yourself,
What feels meaningful to me?
What feels honest?
What feels like an expression of who I truly am?
What feels like something I am meant to share,
Create,
Explore,
Contribute?
What feels energizing?
What feels like truth?
Allow whatever arises to come forward.
Purpose does not always arrive fully formed.
Sometimes it arrives as a direction,
A curiosity,
Sometimes a simple desire.
Your system recognizes alignment and purpose before the mind ever creates explanation.
And as you walk down this path,
Notice what it feels like,
How you feel on this path,
How you speak,
How you move.
This is what it feels like to walk in your purpose.
It doesn't need a final destination.
It doesn't need certainty.
It simply needs to be honest and true.
Purpose becomes clearer as you walk the path.
As you trust yourself more,
The more connected you become to your own voice,
Your own values,
Your own internal signal,
The easier it becomes to recognize the path that is truly meant for you.
Clarity grows as you move down this path.
Confidence grows as you take one small action each day.
This is the path of purpose.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes and come back to the present moment.
Taking a deep breath in,
Reconnecting with your body,
Feeling your fingers and your toes.
And allowing yourself to come back to this present moment,
Remembering this feeling of walking your true purpose.
