Welcome to this moment of self-care.
Allow your eyes to gently close and let yourself arrive here.
Not halfway,
Not with one foot still in the day,
But all the way here.
And take a deep breath in,
Filling your stomach,
Filling your chest,
And gently sigh it out.
And take another big breath in,
Filling your stomach and your chest,
And gently sigh it out.
Take one more big breath in,
Filling your stomach,
Allowing your chest to expand with air,
And sigh it out.
Allow your breath to return to its normal pace,
And with each exhale,
Release a little of what you've been carrying.
You don't need your mind to be perfectly quiet.
You don't need to get it right.
You only need to allow this moment to be as it is,
And let that be enough.
Place all of your attention at the very top of your head,
And imagine a gentle wave of warm light moving there across your face,
Relaxing the muscles around your eyes,
Around your mouth,
Letting your jaw loosen,
And let every tension melt away.
Imagine this warm wave moving down your neck and your shoulders,
Letting them droop,
Letting them find more ease,
And letting every tension melt away.
And let this warmth and ease move down your shoulders,
Your arms,
All the way to your hands and fingers.
And imagine that they feel so heavy where they are,
So relaxed,
And allowing your arms to just melt and be supported,
And bring your attention to your chest.
Just imagine that warmth growing there,
Allowing it to expand with more ease,
More peace.
And let that feeling move down into your stomach,
Letting it settle and find calm.
And imagine that wave of calm moving down your legs,
Past your knees,
All the way to your feet.
And imagine that your legs are so heavy where they are,
Like they could just melt.
And let this wave of ease and peace move throughout your entire body.
There is nothing to do but just be in this space.
Allow your body this moment of peace,
And allow your mind to gently open.
Today,
We integrate every part of you,
The part that sees,
The part that feels,
The part that knows,
And let them be present all at once.
This is what it feels like to be whole.
Begin with that part of you that watches,
The quiet,
Clear-eyed witness who has been growing stronger with every day,
The observer.
She's not afraid of what she sees.
She doesn't flinch or flee.
She simply sees.
Breathe here with her.
And now we invite that part of you that feels,
That fire in your chest.
Whatever is alive in you right now,
Let it come forward.
Let it sit alongside the witness and observer.
Not as something to be managed or quieted,
But as something true and worthy of being here.
And drop deeper into your body.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the living weight of yourself.
Remember this body that has breathed faithfully.
Stay with these parts of you,
The witness,
The fire that flows through you,
And the body that grounds you.
And we welcome your intuition,
That deep part of you that knows,
That quiet,
Ancient hum that lives beneath all the noise,
All the shoulds and supposed tos.
Let her come forward and hold space for all these parts of you to be seen,
To be witnessed,
The observer,
The feeler and holder of fire,
That grounded body and that deep knowing.
This is you,
All of you.
This is the woman who has been waiting to fully live.
And from this full,
Whole place,
Let one gentle question rise.
What is it that you wish for me to know?
Notice what shows up.
Where does this wholeness wish to go?
Perhaps it wants to feel,
Grow,
Create,
Or simply find more rest and listen without judgment.
Whatever comes up,
Let it come.
An image,
A feeling,
A pull in a certain direction,
A whisper of something that has been trying to reach you.
And take this message with you and offer these parts of you,
This whole integrated version of you,
Offer it your gratitude.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes and come back to the present moment,
Remembering this feeling of being whole and complete and letting all of these parts of you be seen,
Be witnessed and heard.
That is true power.
